    1. Fuming @virginmedia . Disgusting customer service today when my husband called to report a fault. Our disabled son has no access to his virgin box for watching Netflix. Asked for an engineer. “We don’t do that you will have to pay”.

    @Bannedanaliens1 @virginmedia I'm having similar issues. If you pay by Direct Debit you can claim from the DD guarantee, doesn't solve the speed but gives them a kick.

    @virginmedia I've just filled I the feedback form with a zero. No one called back and it is now 4 hours since the call. Our Internet (wifi) is working after being without all day & on and off over previous 24 hours. Just awful service. Truly our worst experience ever!!!

    @virginmedia I suggest this call is listened to as if this is the Calibre of customer service agents then Richard Branson really needs to know. I will not let this drop 😡😡

    @virginmedia gets a very poor score regarding customer service on watchdog ..I am feeling vindicated :) to be fair they score very well on broadband speed

    2.agent spoke over my husband constantly. 3.He refused to get a supervisor. 4.Agent stated” I don’t mind loosing my job over this call so I suggest you complain to Richard Branson “!! 5. Agent rude, condescending and arrogant @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I have checkedea h time it happens. It’s saying there is no Problem. It’s happening several times a day, for short periods. Very frustrating.

    @virginmedia morning Team. I appear to have lost my original password for my TiVo box. Is there a way to locate this, I’ve never changed it from the day of fitting. Thanks in advance 😊 new devices arriving tomorrow and I need to hook them up via WiFi

    @AtticusAlpha @virginmedia We have now been on hold for over 60 mins in total with @virginmedia ......all i can say is Wow!!! Maybe a re think needed after this on who we use as our imternet provider!! Iv no words that can actualy comment....apart from ermmm shit!! Oh and we have hung up!!

    Filled in customer complaint form and advised at 3:00pm we would get a call-back. It’s now 21:00 and still waiting. Never ever experienced such appalling customer service. If you are interested @virginmedia we have agents name.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Every single evening your WiFi goes down for about two hours around teatime. Last night it went off at 6.00 pm and came back on at about 11.00 pm!

    @virginmedia It might be worth you reading my previous tweets. I have done a considerable amount of various things to fix the issue. Shouldn't need to call when you've confirmed by email. Unless you're willing to pay for my time.

    @virginmedia Please note @Ofcom that @virginmedia has been down across south west London for 48 hours due to a 3rd party digging up a cable. Virgin Media’s network resilience; disaster recovery; and customer comm’s are inadequate.

    @virginmedia So I did it this morning and it said there was a problem in my area and it should be fix by 3pm today but I still keep seeing a “no service” sign appear.

    @virginmedia VM technician came today and got it working, now 20 minutes after he left service is gone again. We have have no internet for many days and I will now have to wait more than 3 days for another visit. This is affecting my work and is totally unacceptable.

    @virginmedia how on earth are you getting away with the kind of SLA you provide? 5 broadband outages in the last few months each 8 to 24 hours long during working week. Yet your SLA is not breached because for that to happen the outage needs to be 3 consecutive days in a month 🤯

    @virginmedia This time, 48 hours - which is too long, but when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was cut off and when I called back your lines were closed, so here we are. As I said she struggles with communication, so I fear even if someone does call her this time she needs more help.

    Never going to go well. Virgin Media call centre in Delhi. Paying £37 for BB package. Adds RTV for £22. New bill £84. Tells them I'm leaving, told to hold on for 'special limited discount'..Okay Sir, your new discounted price will be £96 a month, do you wish to proceed? Hangs up.

    @virginmedia it is a joke now. 15 days with our phone service. Hold 25mins and then they transfer you to another department. Give up after another 20mins. Ending 1AY and 004. HELP

    @virginmedia so fed up of fraudulent Virgin Media calls, 3 today so far. Phone numbers 02036697763, 01512808598 and 01780767223 all three Asian callers. Sick of it. I am registered for the TPS service but still get them🤬
