    @virginmedia internet is down I get it, supposed to be back up at 6 and then updated for 11 ! . I’m having to use my phone connection as a modem to do my job. This is ridiculous.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia disappointing hour &45 mins spent on phone. You couldn’t rearrange installation, fair enough. But when I asked for a replacement SIM, mine had never arrived, inferring that I am lying, need to run a fresh credit check and my price would go up if I didn’t, scandalous!

    @virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

    @virginmedia I got through 4 times before, I had agents who's headsets and mics with poor quality and couldn't be heard. placed on hold multiple times to get through to no one. is issue hasn't been resolved because of the poor customer service

    @virginmedia hi, is there a direct number to your customer relations department? I have an ongoing complaint but there’s no resolution and I’ve been on the phone 4 hours since Monday trying to resolve. I’ve spoken to 7 different people who keep telling me it isn’t there team
