Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

Hello @VodafoneUK. My friend Jamie is thinking of switching to you. He's been waiting on Live Chat for 15 mins & is getting progressed through the queue. Several times he's been No 2 or No 1, only to be pushed back a few mins later to No 3 or 4. What a way to lose a new customer!
