    Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service tonight... 45 mins in a queue to then be told sorry can't actually help as we are doing a system upgrade call this number,sorry no one is available right now. broadband service that needs 50p adding to a meter every 5 mins to work

    ok @VodafoneUK trying to upgrade a SIM only deal and you don't show the best offers via the account page, the chatbot won't accept type (tried 2 browsers) and your phone line tells me to use chatbot. Will visit a store this afternoon as your final chance. #fail #userexperience
