@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

@VodafoneUK hello, right my current phone is on contract with u but it’s broken so need a new one, contract ends sept 19 willing to pay to upgrade or contact termination but you can’t get your termination fees correct had 3 or 4 diff prices #Nothappy #help

@VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

@VodafoneUK Have done so, using data and now it’s saying invalid username and my pin is wrong. I’ve been a Vodafone customer for years. I’ve had this current hand set since the end of last year and the app has always worked fine with the login details I’m trying to use.

@VodafoneUK I tried again earlier and got a message to say the app was down for maintenance however have just tried again now 8:40pm and I receive same message about not having a number registered..other members of my household are able to get on their apps so this is not an app issue.
