@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

1/2 @BrawBandHome @VodafoneUK in the past week I have had emails from you both telling me that I can now order FTTP services via @CityFibre however when I go to the order page, I can't. As someone with terrible broadband can you imagine how annoying this is?
