@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@sarahyhirons @VodafoneUK This should be easy by them not requesting money from you every month if they’re still requesting money from you then your account is not closed Best bet is to never set up direct debit in the first place But then get rid of it as soon as you’re connected

@bettsontour @VodafoneUK Sounds about right from a rip-off company just make sure you make a complaint in writing keep notes of all the money that they are taking from you and make sure you get all your money back with compensation and don’t forget to cancel direct debit

@VodafoneUK it's been 3 days since I applied for VEA and still nothing. Bill has been generated for full amount. I've spent hours on chat service but no one can tell me when it'll be done. I've been a customer for over 10yrs and always had a discount. Why is it so complicated?
