This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

Automated phone service called Tobi that doesn't understand English, does its best to stop you speaking to any that understands English even if Egyptian (callcentre)!
