@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK 1/2 After 7 years being a customer I’m done. I’ve just spent an evening at Wembley at a gig where I had no connectivity. Couldn’t get hold of any the people I was with. Bumped into them by chance 2 hrs in only to find they were all messaging me to get hold of me.
