    @VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

    This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

    @VodafoneUK I’m unable to download your My Vodafone app onto my iPhone. The Apple App Store is saying it’s not available on my region. Have also tried it on my partners iPhone and having the same issue???

    It's amazingly hard to cancel your shitty @VodafoneUK home broadband when the connection is so bad you can't load the online advisor and their phone number constantly drops the connection. Am sooooo angry right now.

    @VodafoneUK has taken money from MY credit for non existent services for the last time. Never again will they fob me off by "passing me on to the technical dept" I cried tears of relief when my @skymobile activated. And it's cheaper.

    This has been a strange day, all day I haven't had any internet through @VodafoneUK but I can see there are nationwide problems according to @DowndetectorUK ... There seems to be a lack of information on what's going on though.
