This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

@VodafoneUK how do I speak to someone about my SIM having not worked now for over 3 weeks? Calling tells me to use live chat. Using live chat tells me to call!? Been told 7 times (separate calls) this would be fixed “in 24 hours” over the last 3 weeks. Still not working!!
