    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @RussellHastings @VodafoneUK Been with them years too and got three lines with them and yet it counts for nothing when you have an issue .... I’ve said every time one of the lines is due an upgrade that I’m going elsewhere but then like a numpty I stay with them....

    @VodafoneUK Hi Ben thanks for the reply but have you tried using your service, I have gone through everything on the app for optimal service, I talk on your app and then they can't be asked and cut you off so you have to start again, I'm talking to others for service, take me to court.

    @VodafoneUK I've had weekly talks with Vodafone, many many different agents. It never made a difference, in fact it's just getting worse. At this point I'm just gathering proof that you don't provide the service you are suppose to so I can get out of this contract asap.

    @VodafoneUK There is severe negligence in Vodafone Egypt. I have a problem that lasted for2months. The staff deliberately did not solve it. In one of the customer service branches, I was abused by an employee. When I submitted a complaint, it was deleted. The staff here are skilled at fraud
