    @VodafoneUK hello, right my current phone is on contract with u but it’s broken so need a new one, contract ends sept 19 willing to pay to upgrade or contact termination but you can’t get your termination fees correct had 3 or 4 diff prices #Nothappy #help

    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    So @VodafoneUK, apparently you don’t do cash top ups for PAYG in your stores anymore. Changed 5 weeks ago I got told. My Mam has been a Customer of yours for years. No communication, nothing. She’s not impressed.

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
