    @VodafoneUK I’m unable to download your My Vodafone app onto my iPhone. The Apple App Store is saying it’s not available on my region. Have also tried it on my partners iPhone and having the same issue???

    @VodafoneUK @steve_sps Hmmm, except when you do that it takes you to a list of options, none of which are relevant and when you specify what you are looking for help with “computer says no”. Maybe if the advisers were actually real people there might be a chance you could help…….?

    @VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

    @VodafoneUK This was not made clear to me, in fact, I wondered why the credit check when I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I thought, I will go with, not realising that it would hurt my credit score, next time, I will buy outright, instead of taking out 2 loans with you.
