This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

Terrible service @VodafoneUK. Been a customer for 16 years but you refuse to waive early upgrade fee for the sake of a couple of months. Need a new phone now so will just go with new provider. Surely a massive company can show a bit of flexibility.
