-
Rachel Addy (@ReaddyUK) reported from Croydon, England@VodafoneUK Totally shocked that a communication company like @VodafoneUK can't communicate enough to sort out a new service! Guess they have too many customers already.
-
Johnfenton (@Jfenton66) reported from Croydon, England@angleseyhols @ellisbarriebros @VodafoneUK I have found Vodafone customer service to be the worst I have ever experienced, not one manager is prepared to talk with you .
-
✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@VodafoneUK I’m always doing this. The coverage isn’t the issue Harriet, it’s the fact your 4G data service is always having issues. I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that
-
Andrew Medhurst ⏳🌍 ❤️ 🇵🇸 🦊 (@AndMedh) reported from Wandsworth, England@VodafoneUK Thanks! Will @VodafoneUK consider sympathetically (under this support) any underprivileged families who don’t realise they’ve incurred out of plan data costs until the bill arrives?
-
Chris 🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England@VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?
-

Jason MacKenzie (@jasonmackenzie) reported from Merton, England16 minutes on hold to @O2 - then the call got dropped. I think I’m going back to @VodafoneUK … all I want is average to good customer service.
-
Mark Phillips (@wondermouse) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandDear @VodafoneUK what I'd really like for #FeelgoodFriday would be to get my damn phone number working so people can call me. I have data again after A WEEK without and can call out after cut off for TWO DAYS but STILL no-one can call me. Your "support" is truly #terrible
-
Olivia twist (@OTwist_69) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@AdmirRusidovic @VodafoneUK I can’t believe how bad their service is? They asked me to DM them. I did. they said their only social media rep and gave me a number to call? Did that. Again Egypt, shouting and threatening me to put notes on my account saying I’m to blame?
-
Ange Gilly (@angegillis) reported from Lambeth, England@VodafoneUK is there something wrong with your website? Been trying to download my bills in My Vodafone and it’s painfully slow and keeps timing out.
-

Matt Scammels (@Matbeluca) reported from Banstead, EnglandTrying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.
-
Lawrance S (@law_Salter) reported from Bromley, EnglandWhat a shocker, more problems with my @VodafoneUK broadband. 🙄🙄
-
Chris 🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandYet AGAIN @VodafoneUK I’m having issues with my 4G data. Can’t connect to websites and WiFi radio keeps buffering. I’m absolutely sick of this

Moi (@YewneekPhoto) reported@VodafoneUK have you got anyone in the UK I can speak to? Actually call, speak, voice? I cannot undertand the heavy accents of your retentions teams and it clearly is bad for your business. A human would be nice.
-
Womaning (@thebarricade3) reported@athleticsmad41 @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Then he'll claim discrimination 'as trans' when he's sacked for poor performance/conduct.

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported@VodafoneUK I am a customer of you as I have a Gemini subscription. This is what I’d like Vodafone to offer me. I can be talking to Gemini. I want you to contact you and she does it for me and puts me to the relevant department now that would be thinking out of the box.
-
Helen Woolf (@helenwoolf2) reported@VodafoneUK please contact me asap. I’m tired of your terrible customer service
-

-
Neutral Bystander (@NeutralB99631) reported@Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.
