    Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    @Teacherglitter @virginmedia We had a HORRIFIC experience! No internet for 24 days…constantly being cut off from customer services, going round in a hideous loop having to re-explain everything. Tried to switch to @VodafoneUK and sadly the saga continues! We’re now about 3 months in and losing our minds!!

    @VodafoneUK I decided to swap my sim card to an eSim yesterday. I lost connection immediately and have had no service ever since. Live chat just say to wait 24 hours. I just want to restore my original sim and go back to normal.

    @virginmedia At which stage? Every time I have had the misfortune to have to contact you there has been an issue. From the bungled efforts to switch from the frankly superior @VodafoneUK to trying to set up accounts and passwords to reporting and unblocking lost/found phones. Disastrous #uk

    @VodafoneUK Our broadband went down this morning. Were told someone will contact us within 24hours. This will NOT do as we work from home. Unacceptable! We only switched to you in June and had connection issues several times. We're looking into switching again.
