    @VodafoneUK I’m always doing this. The coverage isn’t the issue Harriet, it’s the fact your 4G data service is always having issues. I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

    @VodafoneUK My data has run out. Cannot make or receive message ls or calls. Trying to login online but can’t receive the verification text message. The BOT online isn’t helping. Can someone assist please? Out of action at work currently. Thanks

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    @VodafoneUK over 2 hours on hold!! I have already been told 3 times before that an engineer would call but still nothing. Broadband speed is woeful and you’re seemingly doing nothing to fix it! 😡

    So @VodafoneUK , I’m going to do a LIVE two hour radio show tomorrow at 3pm and will be using your 4G to connect and stream for the duration. Other than my phone getting too hot hopefully you won’t let me down

    @VodafoneUK I’m SICK of your network, usually I have lots of issues streaming radio, but now my texts won’t sent. This is the latest in the non stop issues I have. I’ve checked the status and it says all is working, so why won’t my text send? SORT IT OUT

    Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

    @VodafoneUK why is it all of a sudden this week I’m having issues connecting to internet radio servers to broadcast my shows live? I’d say you’re controlling what I can do with my data service and that’s not on. I’m on unlimited data and should be able to do as I wish legally

    @paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish
