    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @XiaomiUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK They were sold out before they went live. The blue one, special edition one, and any 256gb ones were never even released. I love Xiaomi, but your customer service is appalling.

    @Rinisparkle @VodafoneUK I'm in the same boat I'm losing out on a wage and these cheeky bastards are putting everyone's bill up aswell if the issue is not resolved in the next half hour people should use their right to terminate their contract without charge which it says clearly in their t&C's
