    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

    @VodafoneUK Home broadband.. Ticket raised... But like very dark tunnel not sure what's happening or when it's getting closed. Not the kind of service i was expecting when I joined. I was lured by the 900 mbps but have to settle with 10 mbps.. Mobile dongle

    @VodafoneUK your iPhone delivery really is poor. Ordered last Monday on 1-3 day delivery. Told Wednesday it was waiting to be picked up and here latest Friday. Friday was told latest Monday. It’s now Monday. What’s todays excuse? Really disappointed with this service.

    Hey @VodafoneUK I ordered a new phone on 26/11. I received an email on 30/11 stating there was an issue with supply. I have heard nothing since. I understand there maybe logistical problems right now but why even continue to sell the phone if you can't fulfill the orders?
