On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address.
