@XiaomiUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK They were sold out before they went live. The blue one, special edition one, and any 256gb ones were never even released. I love Xiaomi, but your customer service is appalling.

@piersmorgan what is your opinion on mobile phone companies ie @VodafoneUK raising their prices in these unfamiliar times caused by this horrible desease. Surly they they should have a serious look at themselves and rethink this decision

@CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@p1anetmatt @VodafoneUK they told me initially it was due to the distance from the fibre box to my house, i walked outside and put my hand on the box and said nope its only 15 feet, then it was due to distance from the exchange, which i turned 90deg and said its down the road, 1/5 a mile, i can see it..

@StarscreamUK @VodafoneUK I always love when they display their incompetence like that. Virgin does the same with me when I complain about low speeds and they're like "Well, WiFi doesn't reach everywhere in your house.". True, if I wasn't connected via ethernet straight into the damn router.

@VodafoneUK 2/2 in one of the major line, which the signal splits off to reach multiple homes. As mentioned, the engineers are already on site to rectify this. We haven't yet been provided with an estimated completion time, however we'll be sure to let you know....

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon The worst network provider in Britain. Dreadful and non exist ant customer service. All automated making it impossible to troubleshoot. I pay my bills and still have no connection. A total rip off. They will just send a robot message that leads to another dead end. Crap!!!
