@VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

Just a heads up to anyone due an upgrade or thinking about taking out a contract with @VodafoneUK they don’t send you a charger with the iPhone 12 to “keep the box sizes down” even though it’s mailed in a large box and then tell you to buy one separately at £20 a go. 🤔
