Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

Vodafone I wanted to remove 1 device from my contract that the contract has ended on. Not be passed from pillar to post to be cut off and spookily have to pay another month because you deem it’s now into another charge. @VodafoneUK you now lose all 3 devices 20 + year customer

@VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

@VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

Kindly bring fresh equity to Vi. You need to invest 40000 to 50000 crore in it and other 25000 crore should be raised.

So after 2 great years of service from @VodafoneUK the last 6 months with the 4G data has not been what it was, had a new sim but no better, So @EE or @O2 what sim only deals with about 100G and WI-FI strong enough to run 2 PC as working from home deals have you got?
