    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    @VodafoneUK I can't log into my account, can't get an answer on the 191 number and can't load webchat help. My 2 years are up but I can't upgrade or change to sim only if I can't get hold of anyone.

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    @VodafoneUK Basically, if someone can clarify which mast affects my phone, that would help also. I’ve been to the local park and no joy there, which means if I’m out, I can’t use my phone at all - only at home and my clients can’t reach me, as work phone is diverted to mobile

    @VodafoneUK your service is absolutely appalling, my parents in there 70’s cancelled your service within the cooling off period last September! You have now sent them a bill 6 months later even though you said this was all sorted. Please can confirm this bill was an error?

    @VodafoneUK I paid my final bill in full in Feb. You updated my credit files on the 24th Feb but you have not closed them off as Settled. Instead they still say they are active which is not the case. Please advise as I'm getting tired being passed around by your customer service.
