Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

Hope you get it sorted soon

Logic says a billing period is no more than 31 days so at most I should've been charged pro-rata. Vodafone say they can't find my account and they deleted my online account so I don't have a number. #help

The network drops so many times and now on this bill I got £40 extra charges for the modem having to use the dongle for data. I've called and spoken to different people for weeks, no help.
