    @VodafoneUK lately I find that I have network coverage, but it seems I have no connection. No issue with the phone, as everything works fine when I am home and connected to Wi-Fi. It doesn’t sound right, does it?

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK are horrendous. Last time I was with them I moved over to another network. They made no attempt to contact me to tell me my final bill. My address, email & phone number was correct. I found out that a final amount was due when I got a missed payment notification 1/2

    @elliebgomersall @VodafoneUK Im a vodafone customer too for Mobile Phone and when my contract is up, I shall be leaving. I cannot justify their price rises anymore, its simply a rip off for me "RPI+4%" is basically what they say

    @VodafoneUK Thanks James but I went through every conceivable route to resolution with Vodafone - spent literally over 10 hours over several weeks on hold or on calls. Had complaint escalated (allegedly), suffered stress alopecia through no one at Vodafone working with me to resolve in time
