    Absolutely pathetic from @VodafoneUK They **** up my order and apparently I have to be passed from pillar to post to fox their mistake. Worse they tell me I will be phoned in a 30 minute window and don't, so ****** off

    @AdmirRusidovic @VodafoneUK I can’t believe how bad their service is? They asked me to DM them. I did. they said their only social media rep and gave me a number to call? Did that. Again Egypt, shouting and threatening me to put notes on my account saying I’m to blame?

    @VodafoneUK you stuck me with a unnecessary pay monthly sim that I did not ask for at it was your mistake that cancelled my account by not undertaking simple instructions. Now I want to cancel the temporary number and you have put me on hold for more than 5 hours for last 3 days.

    @VodafoneUK That’s the first place I went to when I had a problem. I’ve done all that. Both. The tv goes in and out of fuzziness when using apps and my phone apps constantly dip

    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Made the mistake of signing up to VM, didn't provide the agreed product at the agreed price, when I contacted them they 'upgraded' my product to the agreed one and doubled the price. Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since
