@VodafoneUK I’ve tried resetting my password to log in to my account and each time it just says I’m locked out even using the temporary password sent to my email. Can’t get through to anyone on the live chat either. Please help

@VodafoneUK unbelievable, been without internet since Thursday with the usual I.T. reboot & socket check before the true issue is told: junction box issue! Still nothing fixed by 9pm 5 days later!

@VodafoneUK Poor customer service, my dad only got a new sim and contract with you guys last Monday, you have restricted the services on his phone for no reason. Please can someone sort this out.

Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK signal great when colleagues are faltering, daily rewards with #VeryMeRewards and a customer service that actually listen and solve problems.

  • missmysticbeaut
Rebecca Kite (@missmysticbeaut) reported from Seaford, England

@VodafoneUK Hiya. I wonder if you can help me. My brother recommended me to Vodafone back in February and neither of us have received our £25 Amazon gift vouchers yet?

Hey @VodafoneUK, I’m having issues with my 4G data on my phone. It’s saying it has it, yet it isn’t working (no apps are loading and I can’t google anything…). I’ve sent you a DM but unsure whether you have received the message (because of the automated system). (1/2)

@VodafoneUK can you help please? My wife has spent 5 hrs+ across 8 calls to try and get an unlock code for her phone. This has been going on since June. She’s v frustrated and it’s a poor CX.

  • Jobish7
Jo Bishop BA hons (@Jobish7) reported from Woodingdean, England

@VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

  • choppy_1991
Mackem Exile 🇨🇵 (@choppy_1991) reported from Saltdean, England

Any chance of a decent internet speed @VodafoneUK you are 50mbps down on your minimum requirement?

  • simon_d_fenton
Simon Fenton (@simon_d_fenton) reported from Hassocks, England

@VodafoneUK Also, this was added to our accounts when? We haven’t just got new accounts. And we’ve never had a text to say we’ve been protected from anything. Any of us.

@VodafoneUK please sort your shit out with all these technical difficulties on your website! It’s driving me insane!

  • JordanPryor44
Jordan Pryor (@JordanPryor44) reported from Saltdean, England

@VodafoneUK 191 doesn’t solve anything. The virtual assistant just tells me to go online and the last 4 times I’ve chatted online they have said they’ve sorted it but never have.

  • bigGspray
G (@bigGspray) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@VodafoneUK you nee to sort your #brighton store out! Over a hour to swap a phone and a very unhelpful representative. #rude #unhelpful #onherphone

  • samerbagaeen
Cllr. Prof Samer Bagaeen #Cities (@samerbagaeen) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@VodafoneUK @LewisHamilton It’s not #5G that’s the CNN problem, mostly. It’s cowboy agents you & other mobile operators are using in UK towns & cities ramming the cabinets & masts where communities do not want them. Good luck in #MugelloGP Lewis. Let’s go get that century!

  • ewokqueen
Ewok Queen (@ewokqueen) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@VodafoneUK #Feeltheconnection my arse. I’ve spent too long in my working day trying to get hold of you. Business lines need reviewing. Either get through to someone who can’t help, chat bots who can’t help. Useless

  • Lord_Baldry

@VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to order a mobile Wi-Fi device and plan for 3 days, all I get is errors and 404’s ?

  • GimmeGrief
Matt Grief (@GimmeGrief) reported from Seaford, England

@D_e_n_i_s_eT @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK So I take it they are the cheapest? If the service is so bad then why not switch to another provider?

  • AbiEdwards57
Abi Edwards (@AbiEdwards57) reported from Saltdean, England

@VodafoneUK Have sent the details. We have hard wired everything in as advised but our smart tv just keeps loading and internet is dropping out constantly on all devices. Never had a problem with other internet providers previously.

@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

  • SomersetBobby
    Somerset Bobby 🇬🇧 (@SomersetBobby) reported

At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

@VodafoneUK @DownloadFest gets vodaphone to sponsor the event but doesn’t give their customers any signal.. very poor, and I’m sure you’ll choose to ignore this and give a 🖕to all your customers

  • Tristan27856485
    Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported

@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

  • Holly_Radcliffe
    Holly (@Holly_Radcliffe) reported

@VodafoneUK still no service nearly a week. No phone calls and I cannot make outbound calls. Really not good enough.

@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK seriously what are doing with the network in Cambridgeshire?

  • danielpybus
    Daniel Pybus (@danielpybus) reported

@VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for £1200 and your app said it’s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"

  • neenooor
    Nina Moir (@neenooor) reported

@VodafoneUK @SW_Help genuinely curious as to how we can get wifi underground but no reception (with any network) at Waterloo, Vauxhall, Raynes Park and Wimbledon. Barely anything on the train journey. Infuriates everyone.
