    @VodafoneUK you are just one gargantuan disappointment. For a comms company your systems are absymal. I’m not holding my breath you’ll resolve my problem tomorrow but the guy in your shop is trying his best to deal with it. If not resolved tomorrow you’ll be losing two contracts

    @VodafoneUK OMG!!! Such unbelievable lack of help and customer service with trying to obtain a network unlock code for my old phone. I am now 18 days into waiting for this and I have been told it’s going to take even longer?? My complaint doesn’t seem to have made any difference?

    @schellm2012 @VodafoneUK Oh my gosh that’s awful!!! So sorry 😞😞that really sucks!!! Mine arrive at 8am by dpd yesterday morning, I was shocked! At midnight they sent an email saying it was despatched! From what they said it’s DPD who were running on delays! No one gives you a straight answer though

    @VodafoneUK 6 promised call-backs. 1 made. That single one had no idea what my issue was even after me explaining the problem for 20 minutes. After asking them to call me back after the holidays once they’d educated themselves; utter silence. An unbelievably appalling experience.
