Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand.
