@VodafoneUK @gcluley I have been being overcharged £20/mnth since 2019 by @Vodafone for an additional service that I did not ask for, added when a support tech messed up my data. Have been told multiple times it would be stopped and refunded. Each time without any success. Can I dm you too?

@gcluley @VodafoneUK Had poor reception for months. Was told by @VodafoneUK that it was because I was using phone inside a brick building. Then couldn't explain why co-workers on other networks were fine. Canceled, never been back.
