@VodafoneUK your website and call team are really hard to talk to when I've changed network and my phone number isn't with you. Yet I've still been charged for what would have been my renewal pay monthly. I was not told this at all.

@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK I would like to say how great the customer service is. We have been without broadband @openreach for 10 days and counting. We have spoken to people from India and Egypt. I do hope you are paying them well. UK should be as good as them.

Basically unless I 100% confirm on the call that I’m happy the complaint is resolved - I can’t get £150. Even though this was originally (a few days before) positioned as my complaint closed and due in my account. I am very confused @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK the fact that I can upgrade my SIM only deal but not downgrade it now I no longer need this much data is insane. If I go to cancel the contract I need to pay the rest of contract in a lump sum. Do you milk customers in the short term to lose them in the long term?

@VodafoneUK I was appalled today how one of your telephone operators was so condescending towards my 74 year old mother who had problems answering her security questions. Instead of helping her he just began speaking slowly in a patronising way. Worst customer service ever.
