@VodafoneUK your website and call team are really hard to talk to when I've changed network and my phone number isn't with you. Yet I've still been charged for what would have been my renewal pay monthly. I was not told this at all.

@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK hi. I am getting a lot of spam text messages claiming to be from PayPal, EE etc. All with the same link. Surely on your end you can monitor, block and follow up of these links being send through your service? It’s really quite annoying and very dangerous.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for prompt response - I just had another go and managed this time, but it was letting me go through the whole process of rerecording and then telling me the service wasn't available - both via mobile and using remote access - had to try about 6 or 7x before success!
