    @VodafoneUK thank you for the upgraded iPhone which arrived today. The thing is, there wasn’t a plug inside. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the connector has changed.

    Vodafone Broadband has been really bad for over 4 months and ysday been worse, sky Q keeps disconnecting, could not even access work computer from home yesterday or Hive, as everything keeps dropping and disconnecting, very dissapointed @VodafoneUK #vodafonebroadband

    @VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK am very annoyed. Persuaded by cold call from you to change plan, told it would take a few hours, 24 hours later I still have no phone signal. Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have had issues for three month trying to get a direct debit set up to the point of requesting to talk to a manger only to be told they will call me back in 2 days. WTF. I will be cancelling all 3 phones contracts. Stay clear.

    @HexyBastard @VodafoneUK I had to move away from them after 8 years being loyal customer... After talking to over 26 advisors over the course of 6 months and none was willing to give me a loyalty discount on a new contract i was forced to leave and never looked back since. Avoid them at all cost.

    @VodafoneUK was looking at upgrades through the my Vodafone app. The all crashed and now it's telling me the discount code I'm trying to use can't be used because it's in a basket already. But because I was on the app I can't get to that basket. Any help?

    @VodafoneUK Appaling service. You are late 2 weeks with my broadband connection, now you are moving the installation date by more than 1 week again (I ordered this beginning of February) and your agents are asking me to pay a wireless internet (probably 4G). Disgusting!
