    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    Been nice watching @VodafoneUK's broadband network slowly grind to a halt this morning. I'll be leaving the service after just 6 months in the new year as requested. Can't be dealing with the awful customer service and performance any longer.

    @VodafoneUK still waiting after 2 weeks for my mother to have a working phone after a simple change from paygo to contract was messed up by Vodafone migration service. Terrible service after 2 visits to shop and nearly 3 hours wastes on phone.
