@VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

@VodafoneUK @JustEatUK Roll on December. Wish ofcom changed the rules to say if speed in your area is slow, they'd let you leave penalty free. Contacted yourselves a couple of months back to complain and was told the mast would be fixed soon. Now can't even get 0.5Mbps. Never had it fixed. Had enough!

@VodafoneUK Anyone recommend a good phone company to go with? Been with vodaphone nearly 10 years, Prices always increase and signal quality has dipped, Plus just found out they control your download speed depending on your contract so dont matter if you have a 5g unless your paying loads

@VodafoneUK I visited Vodafone they tell me that appointment is missed which is simply not true and asked me to call direct number to rebook, for what reason I don’t understand, when we are not at fault. Is this how a new customer treated, wondering is it good to continue.
