@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

Hi @VodafoneUK - Some #dreamlab feedback. My iPhone X used to have a completely dark screen with a barely visible logo on it. My new iPhone 12 Pro has a noticeably lighter screen (with the same brightness settings). Might be an iOS issue but still!

Is @reliancejio playing traunt with @VodafoneIdeaIN? Use of jammers to block calls was experienced by Vodafone users previously. NCPA theatre, Mumbai is one location where only Jio callers are allowed. Other network numbers don't work. @VodafoneUK must look into this.
