Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

@VodafoneUK I have a data only sim, your online chat doesn't provide a chat window, your online help is a bit sparse, and it seems that this is the only way to contact you. This is a live comparison test. EE just worked O2 me half an hour Vodafone - half a day so far
