    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK Have you checked their terms? You should be able to cancel if the service isn’t provided to you “working”! If you have good phone data you could always tether hotspot to your tele for the Xmas movies.

    @VodafoneUK please explain why your companies poor greedy t&c make it the customer has to cancel their term based phone contracts. If a 24 month contract ends it should end on the 24th month not charge full pricing after. The only emails I received was to upgrade.
