It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup don’t care about existing customers. Today I can get a phone of my choice if I buy a new contract.But,as an existing customer since 2004 (!) I can’t get the same phone on an upgrade despite paying extra. And,they might call me back on Monday-lucky me 🤬

@VodafoneUK Tal. This paints a picture of efficiency & good customer service. The reality is I’ve been on multiple calls (incl escalation to Tech2) plus several web chats all of which have not succeeded and in most cases the line goes dead or the webchat crashes. Hours lost. No call backs.
