@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

@VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

@VodafoneUK Quickly as possible??? Those working from home are not compensated, children at home during holidays are not compensated but Vodaphone will surely take the bill payment before time without the customer being compensated but guess what you're sorry, like that means anything 😒
