Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.
