    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @VodafoneUK Hello, on Monday I called one of your customer services team & I was promised a call back this morning between 9am till 12pm. As you can see it is now 6.03pm and no one has the curtesy to call me. I've been with Vodafone for 30 years & must say I'm truly disappointed.

    Ordered a sim card on 19th February with @VodafoneUK. Sim-only, very basic. Two cancelled accounts later, four failed deliveries, and one annoyed business customer later. Where can I send my invoice for two business days' worth of work, which has mainly been spent on the phone?

    @VodafoneUK It's the level of service I have come to expect. I will point out there now appears fraudulent action on my account but that is expected when Vodafone don't take GDPR or customer service seriously. I was guaranteed a call back today at 16.30... Still nothing

    @nikilianne @VodafoneUK That's interesting as I was told last week the maximum amount they can give is £20. Which I was given as a good will gesture after it taking a year to sort out a problem with at least 30 phone calls plus hours on the phone explaining everything each time.
