@VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

@VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

@VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

@stubamos @VodafoneUK It’s at the stage mate where I’m looking into going higher because I genuinely have never known a company like it, if you ring them, the automated service actually tells you to hang up - waits thirty seconds and THEN the phone rings. They do not want to speak to people.

Funny thing: of you contact @VodafoneUK 's customer service chat about broadband, they tell you another department looks after that and that you should call their support number. If you do, you get a menu saying that no agents are available and to contact online chat. #catch22

@VodafoneUK right my sim-only contract is due to end. I’m paying now £26.33. I called customer service and I’ve been offered the same plan for £32. On your website this plan is £25 for 24 months contract. Was your customer service joking about me paying £32 after upgrade ?
