    @VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

    @HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

    Tuesday 7/11/22 There was no service on Tuesday either, spent 2hrs chatting with them, to be told it will take atleast 24hrs starting Tuesday morning at 9AM. I was assured by @VodafoneUK that service would resume on Wednesday. However, it didn’t. (3/n)

    @VodafoneUK, I’m looking for an answer as to how a provider can fail to reactivate a number that was not meant to be deactivated in the first place and was reported in 2hrs of deactivation 5 days ago. There has been no reply to mails. What horrible service. (n/n)

    @VodafoneUK Had problems upgrading my broadband 2 days ago from 100 to 900. (Site down.) Then saw that it had upgraded on the billing page. But now I'm getting 22 mbps! Told to reset router, not to reset router, turn router off, don't turn router off, wait 24 hours, etc. Why?
