@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

@VodafoneUK hello. Since I switched to a 5G plan my data connectivity has been dreadful. If I’m travelling it’s constantly slow flicking from 4g/5G and nearly every spot I come to for work it’s painfully slow, also slow at home.

They’ve tweeted me assuring me the team will fix the problems but it’s just frustrating that a week ago they were looking into poor coverage and then last night it went off. On an hour call (so far) with @VodafoneUK trying to sort out an order that has gone wrong. However, talking to the nicest guy ever who is exceptionally helpful. So good job on the staff, bad job on getting orders wrong.
