    @VodafoneUK That’s a lie! I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

    @HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

    Hey @VodafoneUK why does roaming in the US on your partner @TMobile suck so badly? Lucky to get a signal, never mind useable data half the time, even in and around big cities. It’s pretty disappointing. Two other Vodafone sims with similar issues, in a newer phone too…

    Hey @VodafoneUK - what is the point of asking customers to be available at the property for broadband installation if you're not gonna turn up (twice in our case). Just a warning to other potential customers that the customer service is REALLY lacking. Had a lot of time wasted.

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed Vodafone. Tried to order a new iPad Pro on my account, told my spend limit was exceeded and it would take 90 days ???? to get it changed. Already have 3 devices, and affordability is not an issue. Lost customer Vodafone!!
