@VodafoneUK very bad business customer service will lie to me just to try to make me keep my vast number of lines I have with you have had to buy a virgin mobile phone just to get my calls as been unable to get calls for number weeks despite number of calls and visits to them

@VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

Seriously thinking of ditching @VodafoneUK in favour of @EE. Using Vodafone’s “help” last night to set up mobile data on my Apple Watch resulted in my phone losing connectivity with the mobile phone network. Job is now in a [very ******* long] queue to get reconnected.

Currently stranded and while I was making calls to insurance and travel providers @VodafoneUK cuts my SIM card off, despite me having used my sim in Europe the past two weeks, with no warning except a text message from which point all service cut off so I couldn’t amend
