@VodafoneUK very bad business customer service will lie to me just to try to make me keep my vast number of lines I have with you have had to buy a virgin mobile phone just to get my calls as been unable to get calls for number weeks despite number of calls and visits to them

@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

@VodafoneUK I will share the news that Vodafone Uk has appalling customer service. Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

@VodafoneUK mistakenly charges me £89.71. I ring repeatedly, promised diff solutions each time. Nothing is resolved. Lots of distress. Ask for compensation. They offer £89.71. Surely this isn't compensation? It's just them resolving the problem + essentially issuing me nothing?

@VodafoneUK I have. Seems to be fine. And the broadband app seems to be claiming sync speed is 80mbps. So considering me and many others are suffering, makes me wonder if everyone's routers have received a bad firmware update or something.
