    Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling... contract with unlimited data and you turn the data off 🙈🙈🙈 couldn’t make it up how disgraceful the service is... 2 x 40 minute plus phone calls to be told to go into store tomorrow! Do you think your customer have no lives 😡

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    Been with @VodafoneUK nearly 2 years can’t wait till my contract is up had nothing but problems I have to contact them every month for over a year they constantly over charge me by a hundred pound and can’t fix my corrupt account and the customer service well there is none @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK couldn’t find anywhere on your www to say well done….for making a new data SIM easy to set up & use. First attempt with competition resulted in me jumping up & down on the SIM, before dumping. Didn’t help…but I felt better. Anyway…thanks. 👍

    DO NOT USE @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup FOR BROADBAND!! They will leave you without internet for 8 days because their engine can not fit a router correctly, and won’t give you compensation!! Poor customer service!
