Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isnโt connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

Iโm sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. Ian (@ianjeffray) reportedI'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
