    @VodafoneUK No. It just said criteria not met! I still have email but itโ€™s says do not reply. Maybe if I can forward it someone may see whatโ€™s wrong. Iโ€™ve never had problems before. I donโ€™t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. Itโ€™s making me feel stressed.

    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Canโ€™t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

    @VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

    Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores canโ€™t cancel the contracts itโ€™s all in the call centre ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

    @VodafoneUK very bad business customer service will lie to me just to try to make me keep my vast number of lines I have with you have had to buy a virgin mobile phone just to get my calls as been unable to get calls for number weeks despite number of calls and visits to them

    @VodafoneUK I am a broadband customer. Your app (s) are awful - the ai bots are shameful. I just want to get Secure Net. After 50mins of searching (using chatGPT) and downloading a third Vodafone app Iโ€™m told itโ€™s not available with NO explanation?? Please help. Human help
