@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

How is it that you sign a contract with #Vodafone and if you cancel you pay fees. Yet, they can put the monthly cost up each and every year and you can't chose to leave for free. I am tied into a more expensive contract than what I agreed too surely. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I wish to raise a complaint. It has been 3 months battling an ongoing issue that has been a "known issue" by Vodafone since December, with a resolution in March. It is now April and the issue remains to be resolved. Completely unacceptable, lying to customers.
