    @VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your response. She’s not on social media, but she was so upset and tearful (11th deadline for fix missed) I’m just desperate to help her. She’s almost never called back and each time she gets through, new advisor has to read all the notes, and has no answers.

    @OpusFluke @VodafoneUK She has to get a formal response to a complaint first. You can only (as far as we can tell) complain by phoning another number. And I think she’s only had one actuall call-back, and nothing more has happened.

    @Ofcom I'm not sure @VodafoneUK even have a complaints department, they clearly aren't recording ours despite weeks of making them. We just get hold and passed around for hours but never to a manager or complaints department. Have vodafone not breached their contract with us?

    @O2 why do you get worse and worse coverage. Our town was all 4G now it’s 3G and nothing works as you’ve reduced that down. No SatNav no Social Media, no web browsing in 3G. Going to have to change to @VodafoneUK at this rate

    @VodafoneUK Haha, Tobi. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. I still have nightmares about trying to get past Tobi to a human - and so does Gwen. She's way past Tobi. I appreciate you can't help unless she's on Twitter. But I don't think you realise how much Tobi is utterly loathed.
