@VodafoneUK 11th Jan I was told my request did not fit criteria! I can’t see what it doesn’t fit. It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

@VodafoneUK No. It just said criteria not met! I still have email but it’s says do not reply. Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

@VodafoneUK poor form from Vodafone; they promote Click and Collect as avoiding separate delivery (environment), but it takes longer than home delivery. And poor website design makes this impossible to see 😡 - now no nice new phone camera before I go on holiday

@VodafoneUK Hi Trev, Thanks for replying. I went to Barcelona and Florence in June - no charge. "Jack" bullshits me in July to change my contract & lied about the roaming not changing. Result - contract screwed. I was adamant i didnt want to lose my European roaming and he talked ****.

@VodafoneUK Why don’t you let people upgrade tablets online? Otherwise I’d have upgraded a while ago. Not good on the phone or in person but paying a huge amount still for effectively a broken iPad.
