Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

What I don't understand is how @VodafoneUK can contact @OpenreachHelp who send out an engineer, the next day everything is 100% fine and I'm able to stream at 720p at a normal bitrate. Then my net goes down in the night and I'm back to 480p next day but "everything is fine" ...
