This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.

Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.
