    Thank you @VodafoneUK for the worst cs. Pretty much illegally charging me to leave my bb contract early despite not providing the minimum guaranteed speed. Got fobbed off in every single phone call.

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong ๐Ÿค” Awful company

    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    After giving @VodafoneUK one last chance after they breached GDPR we went into the shop to open another deal and the women in @intuTrafford was ridiculously rude!!!!! So glad we are getting rid of Vodafone after 8 years!!!!

    @VodafoneUK you attempted to remotely eset two of our conpany phones yesterday. The "reset" has resulted in both phones having no mobile connectivity at all - no calls, no texts and no data. Your support chat both wants me to call 191 (I can't) and won't connect me to a person

    @VodafoneUK A truly awful service. How dare I move house? Disconnecting your service has been the most stressful part of this process and theyโ€™re still chasing me for money that I donโ€™t owe. Call back requests ignored. Hurried off the phone quite rudely. Promises made and unkept.

    @VodafoneUK been without service since Monday. I cannot make phonecalls or be contacted. This is a huge concern as I have had to inform my daughterโ€™s school if I am needed to call my husband. You expect me to pay my bill but I am not getting a service at all ???

    I worked with Adrianโ€™s Son for a few years while at Vodafone and he was such a positive fun guy. We all loved @VodafoneUK we were a family. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still donโ€™t know how this is legal?

    @VodafoneUK Potentially the worst network in the U.K.! Been without broadband for 4 days now and had engineer no shows and 0 help from customer service. Got made to buy a repair part to prove it was broken when it wasnโ€™t even the cable thatโ€™s the issue !! Ridiculous
