    @VodafoneUK help please: stuck in a loop being sent from phone to online chat and back again. I need to rearrange a broadband move but online say it can only be done on the phone and phone system says too busy to take call. As it stands we’re going to be cut off on Monday-HELP!

    @RobinVN4 @VodafoneUK Looks like if it can go wrong it has with yours! I've never had one drop in WiFi in a year and a half, have been very lucky with my customer service advisors Recommended family and friends all seem fine 👍 As for D/D maybe check the bank side of it?

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. I need to speak to someone regarding a complaint about your Pro Broadband installers. Spoke to someone at your call centre around 2pm yesterday and they told me they’d call me back. Still waiting. Not impressed as a day 1 customer.
