@LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy 👎👎

  • kelly_lfc82 ⚽️❤ Kelly kop ❤⚽️ (@kelly_lfc82) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@Rioghal @VodafoneUK Same here with 3 the signal is abysmal and is getting worse rang to complain and leave them but they said its cos they are installing 5g and will get betterin time, which has been a lie 😕 All good here thank you, hope you are keeping well too 👍🏻🙂

  • shenstock2005 Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

  • oneladyshow Charlie (@oneladyshow) reported from Salford, England

@MDOG_Manchester @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK I have been with them around 15 years too and I can’t even message people sometimes in the city centre. They offer absolutely no help whatsoever just same old bullshit replies

  • pauljbarton Paul (@pauljbarton) reported from Chinley, England

@OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

  • CharlySlade . Charlotte☁️ (@CharlySlade) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

@VodafoneUK @LewisHamilton I’d rather see big Dave from down the road doing this, not some millionaire celebrity

  • shenstock2005 Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

  • MDOG_Manchester Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England

@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • Anggarnett Ang Garnett (@Anggarnett) reported from Poynton, England

After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

  • TommySull1 Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

  • JulieIves4 Julie Ives (@JulieIves4) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

    @Andyscott01 @JonJlydiatt @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Couldn’t care less if it happens with every network. With what’s going on it shouldn’t happen

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • alasdairking Alasdair King (@alasdairking) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Incentives. What's your Retention Marketing target? What % of people calling in to ask to cancel do you ask your staff to turn around (retain)? Are "I'm calling because I'm bereaved" calls counted in this total? Are there bonuses for staff in hitting these retention targets?

  • PrettyHatMech 🄿🅁🄴🅃🅃🅈 🄷🄰🅃 🄼🄰🄲🄷🄸🄽🄴 (@PrettyHatMech) reported

@ebullienteddie @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The unfortunate outcome of many of the metrics is they drive an obsession to hitting quantitate rather than qualitative targets and the end result is dehumanising the service.

  • bigbirdnorth Rachael A (@bigbirdnorth) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Additional to your (great) list - a code of conduct for dealing with elderly people (including but not limited to dementia) which includes not pressuring to replace PAYG with contracts and supporting them to cancel easily if phone is not being used on contract. 1/2

  • kvick13 Katie Vickers (@kvick13) reported

@Moonbeamsplay @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I agree. Our problems with Vodafone could be easily solved if we could just speak with a human (assuming they employ staff who are decently paid and well enough treated to be motivated to contribute to Vodafone's success).

  • DaisyMillsStudi MrsRichard (@DaisyMillsStudi) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @PrettyHatMech @VodafoneUK Many years ago, when I worked in a call centres for energy companies and BT we had an AHT of 90 seconds. Irrespective of issue being raised by the customer. Going over this 'regularly' led to a "chat" with you manager

  • ChristineKayNow Christine Kay (@ChristineKayNow) reported

@PrettyHatMech @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The problem exists with onshore staff too. Also, people with hearing impairment find some strong regional accents difficult to understand, particularly if the speaker’s voice is not loud enough.

  • alasdairking Alasdair King (@alasdairking) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Another question might be "has there been concern that customers are using 'I'm bereaved' as a way to cancel contracts? Have you discussed this internally? Has it produced any guidelines for staff or change in bonuses?

  • PeterB90794031 Peter B (@PeterB90794031) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took over two months to get broadband up and running in our home after a move. Issue was Openreach, but Vfone never seemed to concered about the long delay in establishing service. Just impersonal boilerplate emails about this or that delay. Noboby in charge of the problem.

  • davidjwebster21 david webster🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚒🇪🇺 (@davidjwebster21) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK All very pertinent issues. Not just Vodafone. 3 are bad too especially no email address, overuse of bots, no transcripts of chat conversations, premature allocation to debt collectors before resolution, etc. Well done george, keep on hassling!

  • marlapropism Velma Dinkley 🇺🇦 (@marlapropism) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @JonSavage1966 @VodafoneUK If they need a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down, they can subsequently use these new structures and procedures to advertise themselves as having the best, customer-oriented service in the market.
