    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

    @Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @VodafoneUK I must say for a premium brand according to (Peter) your customer service is beyond awefull. Gave 30 days notice to cancel on 21/05/20 have proof just to be told have to ring again to cancel🤔 Premium brand my axxx! #poorservice

    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    @Rioghal @VodafoneUK Same here with 3 the signal is abysmal and is getting worse rang to complain and leave them but they said its cos they are installing 5g and will get betterin time, which has been a lie 😕 All good here thank you, hope you are keeping well too 👍🏻🙂

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @AmandaHolding @VodafoneUK Poor you, I've only had 15 months of it and I'm at my limit. They do absolutely nothing about it, despite numerous conversations. Used to be 30mbps now it's never above 2mbps on 4G. They're throttling even though I'm on the most expensive contract. And they lie.

    @VodafoneUK Why is your basic sim only plan description "Roaming not included" whereas in reality it should be "Connection will never work outside UK" or "Roaming can never be enabled"? Feels like we're being held to ransom with 12 mnth contract for 1 week trip out of the UK !

    @VodafoneUK when attempting to claim a Spotify deal through the MyVodafone app it sends sms with code and asks for code. But in the SMS it says, we'll never ask for this code. Is this a mistake in messaging, or am I being scammed?

    Productive lunchtime, changed mobile phone providers after 20 years from @VodafoneUK and changed broadband providers after 12 years from @virginmedia, moving both accounts to @ThreeUK for MUCH CHEAPER monthly cost and apparently far better service all round. Win.

    @TomPG92 @VodafoneUK Vodafone won’t turn my phone on as they claimed the account has racked up a 2k debt but they can’t say where the debt has come from. They give me a number to call to sort the situation out and after trying to call it I found out the company don’t exist and has closed down.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact you for days prior to installation of my internet to advise you I have COVID. It is useless sending an engineer to the door when I can't let them in. Put people on chats not chatbots!

    @VodafoneUK could you explain why you decided to stop my entertainment pack 8 months before the expected date? I have it in writing that it is included until November 2022, but it stopped in March. No luck getting a clear answer from chat support. I’d like to fix this please.
