    I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

    @Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy 👎👎

    @OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

    You know what’s brilliant? When @VodafoneUK win a #UKgovernment contract with @CityFibre to install 910mb internet. And then 48 hours AFTER I was supposed to have it installed IT ISN’T. My business is now being affected by this poor customer service

    .@VodafoneUK wait times on your phone support are horrendous. Last hold was over 60 minutes... and I average around 45 minutes. It's just absolutely brutal. You need to really need to start caring enough to sort it out.

    @VodafoneUK Ive changed my preferences already thats not the point. The point is when I asked not to be called, the person calling kept talking over me about broadband to the point I had to hang up. I then got called about the same thing only 1 hour later, same thing again.
