@VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

@VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved 😤 yet we still pay the bill 🤔please help 🙏

@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

@VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

@VodafoneUK I got your fibre #VodafoneBroadband and was told by the installer 'this will never go down unless there's a power cut'. There is no power cut but my #VodafoneFibre is down nevertheless. Please let me know why, and sort out asap as it means voda-landline is down too.

@VodafoneUK 1 of 2. Hi. Had a signal problem - as verified by your network status checker - for about 12 weeks. Have called about every 2 weeks for an update. Reply is the same every time - its with a specialist team and will be fixed in the future. Latest date is 7th March.

Overseas for 10 days and reliant on iPhone. Despite buying all usual ‘passports’ I have no service. @VodafoneUK very hard to contact. Finally get through, they admit it’s their fault, but can do nothing. They’ll enter my complaint into ‘the system’. 5 days later, no resolution.
