    @VodafoneUK - I go live today with my Broadband & have just opened the box to get the router out. I do not know if this was part of the design brief & customer experience you planned, but my - the smell! It is like a new magazine, new car, new book. My first experience is wow!

    @NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.

    @LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK staff keep putting phone down when we ring. In store staff tell us they canโ€™t help us to ring up. Online chat tells us to go in store. Ridiculous! No phone since Wednesday. We simply want to transfer e sim to a new phone.

    @VodafoneUK Iโ€™ve just spent 55 minutes being put on hold by your incompetent C/S and then cut off! Am am eligible for 6mths free Discovery+ offer but when I sign up for it it says I am not a โ€˜pay monthlyโ€™ customer. I AM A PAY MONTHLY CUSTOMER!

    @VodafoneUK There seems to be a fault with your FTTP migration system. Tried 2 migrate 2u last week. Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.
