    @Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didnโ€™t pick up ...

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong ๐Ÿค” Awful company

I know these responses are automated Iโ€™m more frustrated at the fact that itโ€™s been over a week & I was told itโ€™s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer youโ€™d think Iโ€™d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @VodafoneUK absolute joke! Persuaded me to upgrade yesterday rather than cancel and you fail to put it through correctly. Spoke to 6 people today and only the last person realised it hadnโ€™t been processed correctly and now Iโ€™m not being offered the same deal.

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My sincere sympathies for your loss and the unnecessary problems. When my Mum passed, everyone, BT, Sky, OVO, were brilliant, compassionate and there to minimise the hassle. Luckily she wasnโ€™t a Virgin customer. Shame on them.

    @VodafoneUK I have been a Vodafone customer for a good 25 years + when I joined there was as area that received no service , 25 years on the same !! Where I live 9 years , again service is hit or miss . Not sure why I havenโ€™t left tbh but now is the time
