He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

They sent me a new one out yesterday which failed to even function. I'm now on day 2 of them tryinbg to figure out the problem. Just replace the damn thing!

I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since
