    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service again. Despite numerous complaints & countless hours on live chat since switching in June once again you disappoint nearly 3 hours last night to get promotion codes told 24 hours and yep you guessed it still not received - worst company ever

    @VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

    @VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

    @RingGo_parking Very sorry for the delay! No I’m on the current public release. However it would appear it was @VodafoneUK issues as when tried other apps they were slow to update or not connect at all.

    @bretty_tuxford @VodafoneUK It has to be your fault! Because you joined Vodafone and I was even a bigger idiot. They have messed up my number transfer from one Vodafone contract to another which has resulted in 9 days of down time and its still not resolved. But it's my fault!

    @AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK What he can do is port his number out of the network. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK Have been billed fradulently for a spam international call which was never made. The number being 015622478321.The bill amount leveid is 3 times my normal bill. Wat a way to cheat customers! Horrifying to see Vodafone do this
