    @VodafoneUK rang re son’s contract. Paid off phone 3 months ago, but of course no one thought of letting us know. Gone SIM only now, but no thanks to your poor Customer Service who seem very pleased to say nothing and take my money @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    @VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

    Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

    @VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

    @RingGo_parking Very sorry for the delay! No I’m on the current public release. However it would appear it was @VodafoneUK issues as when tried other apps they were slow to update or not connect at all.

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service again. Despite numerous complaints & countless hours on live chat since switching in June once again you disappoint nearly 3 hours last night to get promotion codes told 24 hours and yep you guessed it still not received - worst company ever

    @VodafoneUK i need to speak to someone from vodafone please. The call centre that i keep getting connected to dont seem able to help or maybe they dont understand my issue. Neither does my local vodafone store.

    @virginmedia my vodafone sure signal is still not working, numerous resets and reinialisations with @VodafoneUK tech help!! So is this a VM or VF issue as fed up not being able to make/receive calls!

I tried talking online with an assistant who wouldnt help me because I dont know the phone number and I said 4 times I haven't even recieved the phone to know, then wouldn't help even with tracking number!fingers crossed
