    @CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

    @Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

    Hey @VodafoneUK getting really annoyed now with my internet service on a iPhone 12 it’s absolutely rubbish considering I pay a hell of a lot of money each month with 5 numbers with you I would expect a better service than this. Dial up is quicker than this. #poorservice #dialup

    @VodafoneUK I have spoken to upgrades and retentions which agreed upgrade deal, waited 10days for the phone only to find the "deal" given was a different plan. Not one mention of the plan given. Oh but as it "wasn't clear" either way: that's my issue! Recommend others to follow and cancel!
