    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

    @Vitt2tsnoc @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK And they’re a truly awful company to deal with from a CS perspective. Apart from BT I’ve never known a worse company for Customer service. I’d never ever go with them, ever. Funny tho as o2 are the complete diametric opposite, amazing service, benefits, deals, can’t fault them.
