    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service again. Despite numerous complaints & countless hours on live chat since switching in June once again you disappoint nearly 3 hours last night to get promotion codes told 24 hours and yep you guessed it still not received - worst company ever

    Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

    @VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @VodafoneUK One of the many broadband customers that cannot use any apple services (imessage, iCloud etc) on my Vodafone CityFibre broadband. I have tried turning off my phone, and forgetting the network.

    @BookishDM @AppleSupport @VodafoneUK other people on the vodafone forum are having the same issue with apple services, seems to be something to do with the outage earlier

    @VodafoneUK Wi-Fi continued to work through the outage except apple services unable to connect (FaceTime, iMessage, iCloud etc) and still not working. Working fine on mobile data and other broadband providers Wi-Fi in the area so clearly related to this. Have you found a fix for this yet?
