Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

I know technically I can’t upgrade for 27 DAYS but really as a long standing customer you would think @VodafoneUK would have some flexibility, rather than just keep cutting me off. Not happy. It’s 27 DAYS not weeks.

@VodafoneUK Hi Shu, don't worry Customer Relations have my complaint. They are now dealing with it and, apparently, they are the highest I can go. I await their call "in 2 days or by 2nd Sept" with bated breath. At the rate the compo is racking up, I won't be paying for gigafast until 2023

Any idea @VodafoneUK why signal has gone so bad now in the last few months??? Used to have full signal and 4G in the SA66 7 area of north pembrokeshire, now hardly anything!!! 😤😡
