    @VodafoneUK Good afternoon. I'm needing some help to get my "Proof of Purchase" I have sent a form saying Proof will be sent 1-3 days (this is day 4) I have tried Tobi - no help I have called and my call got cancelled. I feel like I'm just going around in circles atm 😭😭

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @plusnethelp, what's the correct email address to send a formal complaint to? When you took over my OpenReach line a year ago you never told my previous provider, @vodafoneUK, to cancel my service, and they've been charging me ever since. I'd like a refund please, thanks!

    @VodafoneUK No you don't know how important it is, I am a key worker for a specialist ISP unable to work...if it was important your services would monitor their process and effectively resolve problems...I will message you the details but will keep tweeting until I know my issue is handled.

    Seems like when they collected the one @VodafoneUK sent to the wrong address, they returned it to the depot instead of forwarding it on to me. In addition they never bothered to out it down for being resent last week.

    @VodafoneUK Very fed up with your customer service. You deliver the router to the wrong address, then you lie about getting it redelivered to us last Thursday to arrive today so now I won't have had any Internet access for nearly 2 weeks. A problem when you work from home!

    That's right. No service. I'm less surprised by this than @VodafoneUK (who, to be fair, have stayed in regular contact via Twitter), who don't quite know what to do next. My thought is to simply shower me with chocolate and alcohol until I don't even remember buying a dongle.
