    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

Deliveries every Tuesday and Thursday and if you a lucky you might get one! Absolutely nothing to do with DPD 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I am experiencing serious issues with the 4G network. I am getting errors on safari and more importantly MetaMask advising it can’t establish a secure connection. This has only started happening as of yesterday. I have tried resetting network settings. Can you help?

    @LadyInRedEm @VodafoneUK Do not join @VodafoneUK look at their feed. You'll be lucky to get an iPhone by May! And then there's the awful Internet speeds, zero customer service.....there's many reasons why they are consistently voted the worst provider. No wifi on the tube either now.
