    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    Hey @VodafoneUK moving a complaint to the deadlock team when DPD has lost the parcel. Now you expec tthe customer to pay monthly for a phone they never collected? and you are offering £100 goodwill gesture but I am gonna have to continue paying for the phone which dpd lost????

    @VodafoneUK recently upgraded to a pixel 7 pro. My signal keeps dropping from 5/4g to H+ or E. Never had this on previous phones. Your website says I'm in areas of good 5/4g coverage. Any advice would be appreciated

    @VodafoneUK How long? You have a complaints policy that advices 10 days for a response. If it has increased please confirm how long it will be. I don't need to be told just to be patient. Vodafone messed up repeatedly and cost me money so I complained. I want my complaint resolving.

    @VodafoneUK have to say in the last year the service in beverley has become useless and you never listen to your customers I'm surprised I can bearly make a phone call with your service.
