@VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

@VodafoneUK Good afternoon. I'm needing some help to get my "Proof of Purchase" I have sent a form saying Proof will be sent 1-3 days (this is day 4) I have tried Tobi - no help I have called and my call got cancelled. I feel like I'm just going around in circles atm 😭😭

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK Hey @vodafone I just spoke to a representative on the phone when you responded. They've tried but failed to stick to my original install date. We're now losing around £80 or more for Vodafone's incompetence, we will change provider as soon as physically possible unless you help

@VodafoneUK #feeltheconnection do not sign up with Vodafone, their service is just diabolical. My story, taken them 4 months to get my network running, have had to make 20 calls, now the offer they offered me is no longer valid and trying to charge me £85 per month, watch out.
