    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    @VodafoneUK What a joke Vodafone customer service had a fault on my landline the Tech dept reset my router, and now my landline now is unobtainable and on checking the number that it is working on its a Wales number and I live in Suffolk you just could not make it up

    @VodafoneUK The **** show with @vuecinemas and the meltdown in their booking system 10 days ago goes on. My codes were eaten up when I tried to book. I spent three days trying to sort it out to absolutely no avail. Was assured I'd get a refund. Now I'm back to square one.

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp New customer of Vodafone. Despite 3 contacts with customer service telling them Internet is not working, finally today (day2) OpenReach coming sometime tomorrow morning (8am-1pm) to fix line fault. No check carried out during changeover!!!

    @VodafoneUK I had to spoke to customer services for nearly 2 hours on numerous occasions to get this rectified to get an understanding of this fault, and it was as I said to be its cause in the end, a miss reboot of the router. It's not a good start to our start of use

    @VodafoneUK I hope not because i rang and cancelled my upgrade. I will be switching network after the month of poor support I've had with no effort made by Vodafone to show any urgency or update me correctly each "24hours" as I've been told each time I call

    Can't help thinking that being transferred 4 times for a simple account question means your customer service system has got too complicated @VodafoneUK. Maybe drop the chatbot and invest in training for real people so that they can answer a wider range of queries?

    My 4G LTE is at 1mbps everywhere I go, but when I tried my wife’s @VodafoneUK SIM card in my phone I was getting 30mbps. Which suggests to me that the excuses about masts, network contention, and my device being the problem from @o2 is nonsense
