    Been trying up grade all day with @VodafoneUK live chat on and off since 9am. I not been offered 1 deal, fed aload of shit and chat ended after queuing for over a hour over and over again! I ONLY WANT TO ******* UPGRADE!!! Piss piss poor. **** it. Beer time.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, just asking, would you be willing to waive the early upgrade cost for a long standing (20+ years) customer, I'm only 2 weeks away from upgrade date anyway but I'd like to have a new phone for my birthday next week.....

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m experiencing a broadband outage in the WS12 area, I’ve tried all the usual steps, restarting Wifi Hub, checked cables, tried test socket without success. Is there a wider issue at the moment?

    @VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

    No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @VodafoneUK There isn't any maintenance on going, your network is just rubbish. You've only got 20Mhz of spectrum deployed for 4G. Stop being stingy and deploy more.

    Is it just me or is everyone experiencing problems with @VodafoneUK broadband. WiFi is fine and dwonload speed is fine but nothing is loading when connected 😭

    Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

    @VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 2 days after getting told I would be called by your customer relations manager within 24hours and I’m still waiting. Was this an estimated time like the estimated time scale you give for phones you don’t even have I stock or know when they will be ???

    @Manny_Official Vodaphone, I was on holiday with my cousins in a place with bad signal. They had EE and didn’t have any bars me and my brother have vodaphone and we had 3 bars with working data @VodafoneUK

    @Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

    @VodafoneUK @mouthwaite That backfired a bit didn't it vodaphone. I'm another ex customer that spent a lot of money and got very little through vodaphone other than crap customer service. @giffgaff are the way forward. Awesome network and great deals

    Ok, so @VodafoneUK are arbitrarily retiring the SureSignal service. I wonder if we get a refund on the hardware we bought? Despite the "We've improved our network" blurb there's no reliable signal here. Interesting side effect: that removes the one tie I have to Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK another day with no service at all. Have you tried turning your transmitter on/off. Or maybe remove pc hard drive, then turn off pc, reinstate hard drive and reboot. Let me know how that goes. Only other option is to credit my bank account with compensation.

    Well, @VodafoneUK , that was very painful. A strong accent, constantly breaking-up low bit-rate connections and to-ing and fro-ing between customer and engineer and 10 minute gaps in conversation doesnt make for a great customer experience. You have lots of work to do to improve.

    @VodafoneUK We have zero signal at our house but managed to get signal through SureSignal which you are now shutting down. Furious doesn't even come close 😡😡😡
