    @VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

    @VodafoneUK Thankyou to mamood for giving us the full names of both manage and Mohammed in customer service who have not dealt with our issue and not calling back to resolve when promised we now have their details for the small claims court for the work we have lost

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @VodafoneUK never received such #terriblecustomerservice still not sorted our broadband out that we are currently paying for!! Passed from 4 different people at both helpline AND shop, been promised 2 call backs which haven’t happened wish I’d stayed with #EE. #avoid #vodaphone

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve already told people I’m not happy with how much my bill is, but only ever get phone calls about ways to get me to spend more money never deals or savings. guy told me I keep going over my data allowance, and this would be better. I’ve only gone over once in the last 6 months

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    @VodafoneUK I have been receiving terrible customer service for a whole month. The issue is still not resolved. Worst phone provider. I will not be recommending. I’m appalled ! Im absolutely disgraced. I’ve been waiting for a manager to call since last week. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK customer care and the guy I spoke to couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him, but he was a manager for that call or centre. I just gave up. That's why I am here and making sure Kieran gets recognised for his amazing service!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service as ever. Given false information about cancelling my broadband and having spent an hour resolving, promised a call back this afternoon and nothing. Looks like my phone contract is the next thing I cancel and then I will be free. Shambolic.

    @VodafoneUK I'll play the game. I have attempted to find out why my order has been cancelled only to be rudely disconnected on by your chat advisors and told 'oh it wont happen again' as a reason as to why it was cancelled. I don't find this to be very good customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Done not only did you cost me half day eage on Friday you've now cost me a wage today trying to resolve a simple problem should take 14hours on hold over 4 days and you shouldn't be sending me to store like Friday!!!!!

    been with @tescomobile ever since I got a phone. Decided to try Voxi (@VodafoneUK) and been with them a week and they’re ‘having issues’ and I have no signal 🙃
