The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else.
