Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK 2/2 in one of the major line, which the signal splits off to reach multiple homes. As mentioned, the engineers are already on site to rectify this. We haven't yet been provided with an estimated completion time, however we'll be sure to let you know....

That does it. I'm never going to let my family use @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup ever again. Cancelling a PAYG sim with no warning. And on a Sunday when I can't do anything about it. Disgraceful.
