He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Is patchy though. but can mean most of walk from home is poor data (hence frustration). East of brighton (ie kemptown) can be awesomely fast.
