@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I don't usually have good experiences with customer support calls, but tonight's call was one of the best I've had. Finally, staff that I can clearly hear and understand. Unfortunately I am moving on from Three but your staff tonight were excellent. 👍

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport This was yesterday mind! I have not tried that, but if I experience it again I’ll switch. I was with a couple of people on 3 who had full 4G signal but no connectivity so am pretty sure it’s not my device, if that helps any!! Thanks

Exactly the same problem I had with @ThreeUKSupport at #Glastonbury. No service unable to keep in contact with my family both onsite and off. Their coverage checker is false for the vale of avalon area! #ripoff #falseadvertising #threeuk #3

@ThreeUKSupport @Deansmiles I called customer support and they said the refunds were stopped on 10th March. We've been billed over £50 also and more to come on next bill!! Vodafone are free until end April and still reviewing after that BTW. Last in, First Out!!

@ThreeUKSupport I am in a 3 not spot, and have relied on the home signal box for coverage. I always end up talking to somebody to get this in sorted out. The effort you now make to avoid talking to your customers for support is not helpful!

@ThreeUKSupport No they said they would give me instrx to make a top up but I explained I needed help with why the auto renewalreal hadn't worked. y far. I used a UK bank card to set it up. I confirmed at rhe time as being set up correctly. I had also topped up twice using same card. Cash credit
