    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi my daughter had her new phone today with a new SIM card after and upgrade she activated the sim. But there was nothing when trying to into my 3 for new number would let us log in or update password. Kept saying technical error. Is there a problem.

    @ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUK I left three due to bad network in East London area. They take revenge on ex customers by blocking existing three customers from calling my number. How Low can they get to!! @VodafoneUK tried their best to check everything, but Three retaliates using their network!!

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems to be most. Traveling south from Waterloo yesterday. Three wifi was available at either Kennington or nine elms, but none of the others. Similarly going from oval to tcr to Liverpool Street the other day same issue

    @javiermifsud @ThreeUK I had the same issue travelling from London to Birmingham last week. I had full bars and 4g but still nothing was loading. Can’t to wait for my contract to end either.
