    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I don't usually have good experiences with customer support calls, but tonight's call was one of the best I've had. Finally, staff that I can clearly hear and understand. Unfortunately I am moving on from Three but your staff tonight were excellent. ๐Ÿ‘

    Exactly the same problem I had with @ThreeUKSupport at #Glastonbury. No service unable to keep in contact with my family both onsite and off. Their coverage checker is false for the vale of avalon area! #ripoff #falseadvertising #threeuk #3

    @ThreeUKSupport hi. Iโ€™ve been with you and few months and iโ€™m really struggling with signal when indoors. Today I had two bars of 5G and couldnโ€™t load anything. Later went to full bar 4G and same issue. Have videos to show if helpful.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @jaybee_ms Moved to them last month. Advise against it. Data service has been awful. Wish I'd never moved provider. Tried all the main providers and 3 is by far the worst #threeuk #crap

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple Iโ€™m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK wonโ€™t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which wonโ€™t help anyway as itโ€™s unknown caller. I think next step is Iโ€™ll be forced to change my number ๐Ÿ˜

    @_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like ยฃ25pm for 100Mbps
