No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

@ThreeUKSupport waited on phone to talk to rep for over 25 minutes heard the worst 90s crap for too long so I cancelled my direct debit to 3 absolute joke service.
@ThreeUKSupport I have spent over 45 minutes on hold trying to reach customer services and also tried to activate live chat without success. Dreadful customer service

@accymark @ThreeUKSupport Their system went down on Friday. I waited all day for a delivery then, an advisor even suggested I wait at work until 8, to be told it is coming Monday. The guy that dealt with final complaint was very good.
Appalling service from @ThreeUK . Twice now waited over 40 minutes on phone and got no response. They are trying to charge an early termination fee for one of my phones when I was told three times there was none. Been a customer 15 years with two phones. Leaving now.
