    @ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

    Sigh. Internet connectivity with @ThreeUK has been spotty since earlier this year; "essential work for 5G" was often quoted. And now the network is completely down for the past 9 hrs with not a single announcement/update 🙄

    So angry with @ThreeUK right now!! Signal/data issues at Home AND work for the last 3 weeks and still no fix in sight. You can’t even handle complaints properly either. Utterly useless! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport This is really bad. I won't recommend anyone 3 mobile. This is my last contact with 3 mobile. NO RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE CONTRACT. It's really surprised me. Contract not even started, still cannot cancel. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    just left @ThreeUK after ~10yrs and this is probably the best decision I've ever made. Probably the worst and most useless customer service (before/after? @virginmedia, which I also left a few months ago).Plenty more regulations are needed to stop them sucking people's money 👋

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    Absolute shocking customer service from @ThreeUK simply wanted to change my number which is in my husband's name over to my new pay monthly SIM card which I took out with 3 also. Spoken down to and patronised on the phone call and still no further forward! Disgusted!!!
