You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.

Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them.
