The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel.
