@ThreeUKSupport This has been an issue for a while now. Phone calls will drop out and the quality of them otherwise is terrible. I don’t really text and signal for internet use is just as bad as the signal for phone calls and is never consistent when it does work. My postcode is CV5 6HF

@m_whitehouse87 @ThreeUK Put your number/s on a no sales call register, it’s free, as soon I say I am on a call protection register, all companies hang up and remove me from there database as they get fined big numbers if they breach the code.

@ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

Bit of advice for anyone selling an old mobile phone. DON’T USE Envirofone, Music Magpie… Sell it direct to your service provider or the manufacturer ( Apple, Samsung etc). These companies tried to give me £35 for an immaculate iPhone XR. @ThreeUK gave me £154! Don’t get conned

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jen, I had a PAYG but decided to change to pay monthly. Tried to move my phone number to new sim but in the end it didn’t happen as Three had issued the new contract in the wrong name. Asked them to cancel the pay monthly contract and reinstate my PAYG, still waiting!

@dougmcneall @ThreeUK I'm with vodafone, sim only and have no issues. I've been streaming video calls regularly and remote SSH / X11 sessions via tethering without issue since March last year (poor wifi signal in conservatory), 30 - 40 GB / month typically. No comments on good vs evil.

@ThreeUKSupport We tried contacting you via phone. We were kept on the phone for an hour in total. No one responded. I have been through this. By law you are required to give your customers valid ways to cancel their contract. You havent done this.
