    @ThreeUKSupport Find me a live chat service that works, or a number where I'm not on hold for 30 minutes, and I'll do it. So far you've failed to do either of those. Next option - you leave me no choice but to start making official complaints and look into legal action for breach of contract

    @ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

    @johnh59 @ThreeUK No one else offer a better service I assume? I’ve always been with Vodafone and they’ve updated all their masts over the past few years and I get a signal practically anywhere now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I received my new SIM card this week, ordered online and entered my PAC code to transfer my number. Nothing happened. I just spoke to one of your service reps who told me that PAC codes don’t work online. So I’ve been paying for 2 contracts because of your error.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was *receiving* calls that stopped for me (could call out fine) so the first I heard of the issue was when a customer couldn't get through, which wasn't great as a business customer. Why was the service status page on the website saying all systems fine? 🤔
