    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that, doesn't work. Didn't expect it to, because this is not an overuse problem. Greyhound lane has been like this for years. It is obviously a weak/faulty signal. The local transmitter needs repairing/boosting. Please get it sorted. Thank you.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

    Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

    @ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

    From having mostly perect signal with you @ThreeUK for 3 years, I've had 20 days and counting outage when in my house. I have been fobbed of and in store I've wasted 30 mins to he told to call back again. I am disgusted and want to leave after this utter farce that's cost me £££

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport rubbish network no support no help team not putting notes down. I asked for callbacks last month, but still nothing. Phone cut off signal was down, and then you cut my line. Can't work properly can't do much as society made phones important. No one join!

    Come on @ThreeUKSupport this is getting ridiculous now. My 4g with another provider is much quicker than your broadband has been in ages. Any smart devices are currently defunct as the broadband drops continuously. How are people meant to work from home with a service like this?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I’d like to report a 5g fault in the DH7 area. I have your home router. Yesterday the network went down for 10 minutes. Came back on as 3G and has now settled on 4g. But 5g has not came back in. Even with several router reboots.The speeds are one 5th of usual
