    @Rachel0ates @ThreeUK Can I complain about them. While I have unlimited data, I cannot set up a hotspot and the coverage I get where ever I go is the worst I've ever had of any network.

    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your colleagues on Web chat support have looked after me, but thanks for checking in. The fault was annoying but the service from chat got things sorted.

    Not impressed @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been sent a brand new iPhone which wont turn on or do anything and now the support team told me they won’t speak to me for “sometime” and hung up. #three #iPhone

    @ThreeUKSupport Can't speak for anyone else. Have tried off/on, remove/replace sim, don't know how to reset network settings.

    @ThreeUK is now the only mobile network that doesn't offer all customers #wificallng. Only ones who are tied down to a headset from them

    @theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

    @ThreeUK your website won’t let me cancel my data add on, just says ‘service unavailable’ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesn’t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Very poor customer service. I have been chased for payment on a SIM I no longer have and did not know it was active. I am happy to pay the £25.44 but then you will reinstate the monthly bill and service which I do not want.

    @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends

    @ThreeUKSupport why on Earth am I paying you so much money for unlimited data on 2 different devices when the internet is hardly ever useable?! Absolutely shocking service, I've been a customer for over 13 years and this is just diabolical lately!!
