    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m on Three, my partner is on @iD_Mobile_UK. Basically same network. So, why do I always get signal in areas she’s doesn’t? Does Three “throttle” iD, favouring direct Three customers?

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    People are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )

    @ThreeUKSupport How can u carry on charging us full price despite contract ended? wanted to upgrade but was told next payment has to go that meaning 2 lots of full payments for a contract that has ended. If we cancel we still have to pay. Asked for puk code told security alert so have to wait..

    @ThreeUKSupport Update: Called 333 to state that I wont be renewing my contract and I need a PAC code... Guess what... They cant cancel my contract cos they cant access my account!!!! Daylight robbery @ThreeUK If I cant cancel, this will impact my credit rating. Three has a problem
