@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport I already reported the first issue last week, the broken TV today has not been reported yet because we are sick if having to ask people not to send us broken goods. Is this something you can rectify?

@ThreeUKSupport I had confirmation email as I previously said phone was supposed to be delivered yesterday still no text message to arrange delivery. Long story short ,not delivered phone when you said ,service is poor and disappointing. A bad omen possibly should reconsider going with 3 again.

@ThreeUKSupport My signal is better in other areas but I am in this area 12 hrs a day 6 days a week for my job and it seriously affects my ability to use my phone for anything in this time wether it for viewing football or looking on social media to calls being dropped randomly.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, I've already reported it to them, it was just that searching on the mobile number that called us reported it as being registered to your network so I was wondering if I could report it to you, so you could investigate it and take direct action if appropriate

@ThreeUKSupport It has been going on for weeks can't even get 3g or 4g half the time all I get is H+ and even at that it says full bars but I have to turn airplane mode on or mobile data of for 1 min to reset signal at least 10 times a day

@ThreeUK seriously need to get your signal sorted at herriot watt University Edinburgh. A absolute joke of a service constant disconnection and waiting ages for anything too load.
