@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport You really don't. I'm telling people not to use you for good reason. I am 'feeling' that my phone service hasn't been working for a week. I am 'feeling' that I made a big mistake in giving you money. I am 'feeling' that you should put more effort into phone systems than SM BS.

Those who have my phone number (same since the 90s) will know better than actually try to call it, but you can't at the moment anyway as @ThreeUK have ****** up and possibly lost it for good. Customer service has been dreadful. Would not recommend, as the kids say. /Rant.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi sorry I thought the signal box would help boost my mobile broadband wifi - it’s really bad signal and I can’t find there being a fault and your website says coverage so I just was trying to find something to help make it useable / improve it
