    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @SkyHelpTeam At such times you should be able to keep the network up and running whilst completing that maintenance in the same way as all other major utilities .How would it be if @ThreeUK turned off the cellular network for maintenance or @EE? Why do u think they don’t?

    @ThreeUKSupport I live chatted and it was sorted... for now. It happens every single month and I'm always assured it won't happen again. It's the only way I can ring my elderly parents overseas and no-one at 3 ever cares to look into the issue and get it permanently fixed

    @ThreeUK I have been dealing with your customer service for over a week about a replacement device, I have so far been asked on two separate occasions for my FULL password. Not just two digits. This isn’t right is it?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Attempting to return a 4g hub delivered yesterday, network is very slow.. I rang the call centre number provided and remembered why I stopped dealing with Three previously. #shockinglyslow 5p a minute calls the reason?
