    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUKSupport 😂😂 am already with you.. just waiting to upgrade in September hopefully the iPhone 8 will go down a bit

    @ThreeUK Your customer service and complaints department are a shambles, cant message you or see community on facebook, what you hiding 3. Taken me over 20 phone calls to not get an issue sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled an upgrade and it’s taken me 5 phone call hours and 2 hours in text chat and talking to 15 different people, call dropped out 6 times to get things sorted, awful

    @ThreeUK Someone want to deal my issue as no one is.... i just want to downgrade 1 week after upgrading due to failure to deliver my phone and generally being very unhelpful

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, so if I buy any of these from the manufacturer direct, would I just need to check for Software updates? [ in addition #VoLTE setting on in calling settings of course] Just checking if I'd need to do anything else. Thanks for your help.

    @ThreeUK hey! I have been live chatting and calling your customer advisors to resolve an issue since Saturday but nothing is being done to remedy my problem! Have had literally enough of the carry on! Have someone call me to resolve it please! Losing many days of work now!!!! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been to my local three shop today, nothing wrong with my son or phone.. yet again just appalling signal in my post code area. Speeds of less than 0.5MB. In town less than 1 mile away 25+MB. Clearly there an issue!!!
