This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

Furthermore, why does it seem to fall to me to chase up a refund of my upfront fee when I DIDN’T CANCEL THE ORDER? Surely in such cases it should happen at the point of cancellation? Does anyone at @ThreeUK know why the order was not fulfilled?
