    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, it certainly isn’t. I cannot have a phone conversation and have bad internet connection. I’m a customer of 11 years and pay a premium every month £70+. I’d like a better service for my money, rather than giving good deals to new customers, retain your old ones!

    @ThreeUKSupport Continually receiving 4Mbps Down and 6Mbps Up, indicated clearly there was an issue. And being told to switch over to 3G which incidentally provides around 20Mpbs Down is NOT AN OPTION. Considering it is much slower than what I SHOULD BE receiving and NOT what I am paying for 4/

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Stephie, I’m sad also, very. I have issues anywhere I go, whether I’m moving or not, I may have full bars but it doesn’t translate into my connectivity..

    @ThreeUKSupport You need to all start trusting customers better (especially x staff.. who know how the systems work) and provide a service that you are contractually obliged to do... NOT receiving adequate to good 4G Broadband on 4G Equipment could be seen as in contr. Of GC23 and Ofcom Legsl.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport really starting to annoy me now. One problem after another.Get phone call about renewing my plan. I cancelled my plan online! Got my PAC number, and setup a sim only deal online WITH THREE! WHY ARE YOU HARASSING ME?Are your sales team trying their luck?

They were always tweeting to offend Jorginho for no reason and making problems all the time like he was not a Chelsea player. Even Jorginho wins the Balloon d'Or they will make a way to criticize him
