This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUK How come you are charging for the Go Roam? It was always apart of the package. Makes me think that your packages are no better than any other network and such poor signals. Will probably leave Three because of this.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

@ThreeUKSupport Just calls. I've had to use Skype at a cost of 21p per minute plus after being advised to factory reset I had to buy extra data because the install wiped out my data allowance. This issue is costing me a lot!
