This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your response I don't think this fair I am sure in 2022 Three has the ability to tell if a Cell Site is at or near capacity before getting people to sign up for a contract and taking their money? I have also been told I can't get a bill reduction for lack of service

@ThreeUKSupport Can you confirm this is correct most companies offer an option to apply for compensation if their service has been impacted for a certain amount of time. I did get a text saying there Aware of the fault and are working it on it can you confirm this is true and not a scam message?

@ThreeUK after 14 yrs I am leave to find another network due to poor online and phone customer services and being told different things after sorting an upgrade deal and wanted notes putting on my account to go into store to finish upgrade. Complaint made and closed unresolved!
