  @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

  This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

  @ThreeUK absolutely shocking customer service. You have continued to charge me after I cancelled my contract (I have a transcript of the conversation) and are now claiming I have not cancelled it. I have contacted yourselves on 4 different occasions and have heard nothing back.

  @ThreeUKSupport Sorry? It's not a signal issue, the issue is that our daughter's new number has been ported onto my wife's old one & the 2 are unrelated. The original ask was to port my daughters old number onto a newer one under my wifes account - this has gone completely WRONG!

  @ThreeUK if only some of your advisers listened. The customer service is seriously letting you down in my eyes. When they laugh during your complaint and when they call back at the incorrect time it is unacceptable.

  @ThreeUKSupport Yes, but apparently DPD tried to deliver my parcel this afternoon but missed us. I do t know how when I had my parents there waiting for it. DPD is bloody awful. I expect he’ll go to the same wrong address tmw as well. I’d rather pick it up at the depot.

  @ThreeUKSupport I canceled my contract which was due to end on 11/23, three failed to cancel the contract and continued to bill me. I found out when they sent me an email. I contacted them and they are refusing to refund the money they have continued to take from my account.
