@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport This is consistent problem btw not inside the station I’m talking about outer area. For example ask any three customer do they get good signals at Stratford they will say No. Three really needs to improve their services in London.

2/5 Very friendly staff at the store but I cannot fathom how there is a complete disconnect between the stores and the @ThreeUKSupport dept in India. The stores cannot track my order or help me with my missing phone, nor can they call DPD to find out where it is.

@ThreeUKSupport Last one was today and I've just got off the phone with the credit company, I'm awaiting an update on their end. My main gripe was with the seemingly uncapable and/or unwilling customer service agents.

@ThreeUK I switched to three from smarty coz smarty had no shops. I was originally on 02 but it was crap reception in my area and they didn't offer unlimited text, calls and data for £20. Find the reception is good in 3 n all.

An hour and a half conversing with @ThreeUK and, as usual, they close my issue as "not resolved" then go on their merry way. Its astonishing how poor the service is, for such a big company. I feel I'm the 1% that doesn't get the advertised coverage.
