Ashley (@AshleyLlewellyn) reported from Barnet, England@ThreeUKSupport Almost everywhere now. I did pop instore to look for an upgrade, but don’t want to be stuck with a network I can’t use. I don’t really want to keep dropping down to 3G, I’m paying for 4G after all.

mark squillario (@MarkSquillario) reported from Barnet, England@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!
-
Akif K (@Ak1fK) reported from Tottenham, England@ThreeUKSupport And I mean it’s been like this pretty much all of 2019. When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUK No point pimping new phones if your network is not up to it.
-

Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
