    @ThreeUKSupport I really hope you at @ThreeUK can look into a whole raft of changes when it comes to outages and service status pages. The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!

    Trying to get through to @ThreeUKSupport customer services on my phone is near impossible. Hung up after 15 minutes, 5 of those minutes the line was completely silent @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport No, I cannot as the email never arrives. I have checked with the sysadmin who says there's no attempt to connect from your mail server. This is why I am at a loss.

    @HullTeslaModel3 @ThreeUK Similar here. There's service and signal in my area we're just getting worse and worse, so that plus the removal of free roaming meant I left them for EE. Much faster signal@and v good service on the phones if you need to call them.

    @RobertYork1 @ThreeUK Thanks for the info Robert. I'll have a shop around. I've always had the latest phones, but this year I'll stick with my current model, & just get a SIM. Three signal at home is pretty hopeless, always has been, missed calls when the phone's never rang!
