@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK awful customer service. No desire to help. 2 months waiting, sent ID many times but all they want to do is send you into a chat facility who can’t do anything. Escalated to a complaint and they just cut you off.

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

If you upgrade with @ThreeUK and they advertise free items such as a Samsung watch, do not expect to receive the watch. @ThreeUKSupport will not help either, when you ask for proof of purchase they do not send it so you cannot claim the watch!
