I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

@picklespick @ThreeUKSupport Same problem for me as well - Samsung and iPhones. No texts and calls intermittent. Have reset phones repeatedly- switched on and off as well as resetting network setting and trying aeroplane mode on/off.
