So I drove to Warrington store and they were most helpful. Rachel at Warrington was great.

I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

This year I get no reduction for a 12mo plan despite the shabby network I've suffered this past year inc Twitter meltdown
