@ThreeUK no it actually annoys me so much how I can only get Internet and signal in some parts of my house because I'm in a shitty zone with no signal, I can only get signal on one half of my bed if I have my phone In the living room my hotspot doesn't work

@RobTrigg3 @ThreeUK That’s not great at all. I’ve been with Three before and found they had great customer service at that time. Far better than anyone else I’ve had to deal with but I guess times change. Got the PAC in the end so will look for the cheapest PAYG tonight now.

After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

@ThreeUK Your customer services person on chat stated that she had done as I had asked and closed my account and my PAC would be texted to me in 2 - 3 minutes. That was over 1 1/2 hours ago - no PAC. It's lucky I have #cats - I would have died of apoplexy by now without them.

@ThreeUKSupport Turns out it was the phone. I put the SIM in another phone at it's been fine, despite your online chat telling me it was 'definitely' a fault caused by engineering work. What a total waste of time, inconvenience and example of the worst possible service. Terrible situation.

Seems @ThreeUK advertise upgrade deals on ther website and then refuse to honour them after upgrading. Complaints team close case with no warning. Awful company. Be very careful.
