@ThreeUKSupport are there any broadband issues in the CH62 postcode? Because my 4G hub has lost signal (again)? Literally happening every week now.

  • LauraHitchen
Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

When @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous

  • christesla
Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have 5G home broadband. We get amazing 650mbps download but 10mbps upload, is there anything support can do to our account to increase upload even if it reduces the download speed?

  • charl_middo
Charlotte (@charl_middo) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

  • chrisdavidwill1
Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported from Birkenhead, England

Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

  • LauraHitchen
Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it’s going to the ombudsman - they didn’t bother to try and expected me to pay £222 to terminate a contract which they broke by not providing a service.

  • LauraHitchen
Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

  • LauraHitchen
Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

If I have to spend 1 more second dealing with @ThreeUKSupport chatbot about yet another unwanted extra charge on my bill I’m going to throw my phone off a bridge. Does anyone know about a phone provider with decent customer service?

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

  • MatthewTraynor
Matthew Traynor (@MatthewTraynor) reported from Liverpool, England

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I've recently purchased a SIM Only deal. However I seem to have two Direct Debits set up on my bank account. I don't want to be paying twice for my contact, but I don't want to cancel the wrong Direct Debit either.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you sent out this message on 14th June regarding working in our area (Chellaston, Derby) and signal has been horrendous ever since. Myself and my wife can barely get above 1 bar of signal now. Also, have received messages from neighbours about this - not

  • saumitraganguly
    Saumitra Ganguly (@saumitraganguly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Is this a couple of days work, are customers looking at 1 month delay, 3 months etc? With any technical work, there is always a project plan. Almost seems that you are withholding information that can help customers decide whether to wait or find options.

  • saumitraganguly
    Saumitra Ganguly (@saumitraganguly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That doesn't help. Done all the necessary steps including talking to teams. Why is three not able to give info on when the problem is going to be fixed?

  • dkernohan
    David Kernohan (@dkernohan) reported

@jatenas @ThreeUKSupport I've had some messy and painful breakups in my life, but leaving Three is well up there. But like other messy break ups, it's so much better when you finally get out and don't have to deal with their crap any more.

  • saumitraganguly
    Saumitra Ganguly (@saumitraganguly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When is the current London network problem (Mast work) be resolved (causing poor signals/no 5G mobile broadband). Network status shows work being done since last 6 days. Support said no dates available!

  • dave_kidd
    Dave Kidd (@dave_kidd) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn, as I said before, I'm not at the Glastonbury Festival site anymore! I'm just try to understand why 3's service was virtually non existent during the whole event when ALL other providers were able to give their users decent service. 3 was never that bad in previous years

  • pieskylot
    Graeme Clark (@pieskylot) reported

.@ThreeUKSupport not supporting user-activated conditional call forwarding? Why not? ( I am not talking about forwarding that YOU can set up - which is almost useless - I am talking about customer being able to, for example, set up 'forward when unreachable'. #backwardprogress
