@ThreeUKSupport always the same w/ that chat: Please try later. This was the problem before. Mythree wouldnt recognise my # (either starting w/ 0, with 44 or w/out) 95% of the time. I have had now 4 bills since cancelling it & so have been overcharged £20 not to mention 1st boost not workingking

@ThreeUK On hold waiting to get to the complaints team for 50 minutes, after being lied to about my new phone delivery on your Live Chat service & waited in all day for a phone that didn't arrive. I was told "it's out for delivery", when it clearly wasn't, really not impressed.

@GarethOram @ThreeUKSupport @amazon When it arrives try setting it up with a hotspot from a phone in you can and use Fing or WiFi Man to see if that's your issue. Would your router settings currently give you an issue with less than a .100?

@ThreeUK Can you advise y u think its acceptable to force a customer whos family is shielding and cant leave their house, to leave their house and put their lives in danger or they cant end a contract which you have still not provided them with a sim for a month after joining?

@ThreeUKSupport Sudeep - Complaint manager on live chat, the only way i can cancel my contract and return the phone (which you havent sent a sim for), involves leaving my house which i cannot do as i am shielding
