    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

    @ThreeUK what’s your policy for sorting out bad reception areas. I’m supposed to have good indoor and outdoor calls. However my iPhone is always stuck on wi-fi call and today’s call was the worst with constant cutting out and robot voices?

    @ThreeUKSupport Just stop people signing up to Three in the EH6 postcode until you have the network capacity to support your existing customers. Also can you provide me with the address for your compensation dept, cause I'm currently having to cancel around 1/10ths of my work shifts due to this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just ran speedtest. Ping is 331!! You can see why I'm saying it's unusable for work use. With a ping of 331, it's clear there's problems with 4G in EH6 (and I'm sure elsewhere at peak times) so please stop saying there's no problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just downloaded it on another phone and can see the continue login button under the outage message. So on my spare phone the continue login button is missing. Is it anything to do with text size and it just doesn’t fit in?
