    @ThreeUK I want to change my contract but it’s basically impossible to contact you. I’ve forgotten my My3 password and your website errors every time I try to reset. Your call centre isn’t taking any calls and your Live Chat just doesn’t work. How do I talk to a person?

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there network issues? No home broadband for 6+ hours and poor 4G currently. All the obvious things tried. No one seems to answer phone and can't get onto live chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was having connection problems a wile ago and I wasn't sure what to do with it, I'm on a contract not pay as you go, on the envelope it says enter the SIM into your phone you'll get a text message and then you'll get your new number I don't want my new number I need this one
