    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @FrankChickens_ @asda_mobile @ThreeUK I had a TERRIBLE experience with Three. In the end I went to the Ombudsman and they found in my favour. Three gave me the money back that they owed me + were ordered to give me compensation. This all took months but I won. Three never apologised. A dreadful experience!

    @Apple can’t believe you can get a brand new iPhone from @ThreeUK and you don’t even send a new plug that is compatible with the charging lead that comes with the phone. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was just USB like every other charger has been.

    @ThreeUKSupport as well as other 4G problems I’ve had in my local area, travelled all the way to Canterbury city centre (Kent) today, 4G not working at all there as well!! What’s going on? After being a loyal customer of 10yrs+ im thinking of going to another operator now! 😡

    Nearly 1 week now @ThreeUKSupport with no broadband, keep being fed absolute BULL from you saying you've identified the fix, so where is this fix?? I've had no one call me from your complaints team either after I was told they'd call me.. cancel my contract or fix the issue!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 under the impression that I would be able to change ownership (the reason I contacted three) to then be told AFTER I upgraded that I couldn’t change the ownership due to security issues. Therefore, I didn’t call to upgrade, my daughter could have done that in her name! Ok??
