    @ThreeUKSupport Are there network issues? No home broadband for 6+ hours and poor 4G currently. All the obvious things tried. No one seems to answer phone and can't get onto live chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb Β£58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was Β£55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for Β£51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUK When you have just increased my plan from the half price to full price and I get less than full service I find it less than acceptable!! No response from your phone help desk or twitter help service !! Want to leave ASAP !!

    @ibuckley @ThreeUK I called them today and they informed me there was some kind of issue ... I only get 1 bar of 3G service and the chap was meant to call me back That was over four hours ago πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ #hadenough

    @ThreeUKSupport It's ok, third time lucky on chat she finally found someone who knows what they are doing who fixed the issue. Credit score affected by your companies error, however.

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @ThreeUK I want to change my contract but it’s basically impossible to contact you. I’ve forgotten my My3 password and your website errors every time I try to reset. Your call centre isn’t taking any calls and your Live Chat just doesn’t work. How do I talk to a person?

    Can someone please explain to me why I pay Β£20 a month to @ThreeUK for 4G that NEVER works in my house! 😀 EH48 area, ever since you had planned works on the 4th my 4G has not worked. Planned maintenance and you’ve made it worse!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have connection issues which have been going on some time now, tech called to try and resolve the issue, but advisor was very unhelpful, passed to complaints dept who were to be honest insulting, so decided after 14 years enough is enough.

    @ThreeUK Since the 5g home broadband went down for several hours the other day it's been totally unreliable. Dropping out all the time, and today is barely working at all. What is going on? Is this being fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't know what is happening with ur data speeds in Nottingham but am getting fed up with how slow they are, A friend on rolling monthly is moving networks, I would but still got 9 months contract left (Although I'm goin to start getting evidence to leave early)

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm done with your internet. You have a pathetic service for home broadbands. Your tech support cannot resolve the issue. This is by far the worst internet I've ever used. Give me a solution to do number portability to another service provider please.
