    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @ThreeUK I want to change my contract but it’s basically impossible to contact you. I’ve forgotten my My3 password and your website errors every time I try to reset. Your call centre isn’t taking any calls and your Live Chat just doesn’t work. How do I talk to a person?

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUK When you have just increased my plan from the half price to full price and I get less than full service I find it less than acceptable!! No response from your phone help desk or twitter help service !! Want to leave ASAP !!

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @MartinSLewis Been a customer of 3 for over 10 years now and I am disgusted and appalled by the service I'm receiving. I cancelled an upgrade over the phone TWICE (I could see the upcoming payment on my bill) and assured both times it has been cancelled..

    @ThreeUKSupport hello can you please look into the congestion issues with my local mast. I have full signal but am struggling to get over 5mbps on 4G. I am a network engineer so have a good understanding of this and have earlier tweets where you say this mast is congested.
