    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

    @ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can't get through on 333, Live Chat disabled, no option to log a complaint as required by Ofcom, will try writing you a letter tomorrow or failing that smoke signals. Over 10 years as a loyal customer to be treated like this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Connected to a chat & they asked me to call 08000338013 when I am not able to many any outgoing call 🤪 my friend called and connected through conference for 1 hour same old story we have found the problem it will be resolved it 48 hours in the last 12 days u had many 48 hours

    @ThreeUKSupport He has. He has been told yesterday that his number will be back with him at 10:00 today. He was told this 50hrs ago. Today when he tried to contact support he has been transferred 5 times to different operators for an hour until he gave up and raised complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah this has become a joke now. Waited a week for my pending order to be cancelled so I can reorder or get my PAC code and leave. Cust of 10 years. This is ridiculous folks. This is a tech issue why can't it be flagged and fixed within a week!

    @ThreeUK I am absolutely drained by your horrific customer service. I returned a handset to you which you claimed I didn’t return. Then when I provided you with tracking details which shows the phone as delivered your team say they need 72hrs??? This was 3 weeks ago!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport R u not ashamed of this ? In the last 12 days same story it will be resolved in 48 hours as there is a profile issue 3 times as story in 12 days nobody has a clue to resolved it coz u guys have no skills at all to resolve this simple issue what will I do in a emergency ???
