Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

As soon as I can find a suitable replacement with better coverage I'll be moving: @ThreeUKSupport customer 'service' is lousy. :-/
