    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke with support who said there is a wider issue with streaming services from certain devices, but no date it will be resolved. It's only my Three IP address which is blocked, so I can use a VPN to get around this. I hope it is resolved soon though

    @ThreeUKSupport hey I used to get full 5G in my area but now I can’t connect to it. The phone customer support says it’s not in my area but there’s a 5G tower up the street. I literally only updated and bought this phone for the 5G now it’s gone

    @ThreeUKSupport I have paid my bill but three are saying I haven't. They have suspended my service but barclays confirm the payment was successful. I have screenshots showing the payment. I am mentally ill and this is causing me a great deal of anxiety and anger. Please help.

    Considering the @ThreeUK 5G hub but not 100% sure if it'll be suitable (looks like higher ping for gaming and some sort of issue with CGNAT that I don't understand). But it's faster (100+ vs 49) and cheaper than we have now 🤔 Anyone have any thoughts?
