@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

@ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

@ThreeUKSupport I have now but didn't think I needed to as I was told everything was done when I called to say I wouldn't be renewing my contract. Payment taken was £69.93. I left in February when it showed on the 3 app I was able to cancel/upgrade/renew.

@ThreeUK in the run-up for worst customer service: tried to buy data abroad, followed all instructions, got given links and was charged £40 roaming for trying to open them. None of them work. Can’t reach them on a Sunday. What a mess!
