    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    @ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

    @ThreeUKSupport .@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport just finished a very long and unsatisfactory chat. The matter is still unresolved and I've asked that you involve your Chair of Audit since bills issued by Three can't be relied on suggesting a failure of control which you will want to fix.

    @ThreeUK USELESS 3 days 6 queues, get to front of one only 2 b told wrong dept.(I know but it’s the only way in!!) passed over to new longer Q then cut off!! Crap!!

    @ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged £5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. £5 for air.

    @ThreeUK - been trying to get resolution to a relatively simple issue for 3-4. Months. No mobile service. No handset. You are happy to keep taking my money & provide no help. Web chat & call centre totally useless. How do I contact a grown up with some authority & sense?

    @ThreeUK the signal on my phone has been really bad this past week, the same on our Three broadband, and my sis said the same thing this evening about her Three broadband. Your website says all good though. Is there a problem in Horsham?

I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     If you live in north Shropshire don’t have a Moblie contract with @SMARTYMobileUK or @ThreeUK their network is overloaded they have no more capacity and there is no work planned to solve the problem @HelenMorganMP why do we have to put up with such a bad Moblie service

    @ThreeUK When will you be fixing the tower in Aberdeen? It has been down for maintenance for seven weeks, and maximum download speeds of 2 Mbps simply do not work. The tower spends more time down for maintenance each year than it does actually providing a service.
