@ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

Yes @virginmedia broadband IS down across Greater Manchester this evening. Since about midnight...😧 Switched over to my mobile 4G connection with @ThreeUK and the top download speed is a pathetic 0.43 Mbps!

@ThreeUKSupport The amount was quite big and no one could help me get my money back! As they are telling me that there was no proof of cancellation. But they saw that there was a back code that was sent to one of the numbers I wanted to cancel but that number wasn’t working.
