    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    @ThreeUK Pay peanut and you get monkeys… that about sum up this network. All calls transferred to a foreign country, managers refusing to take calls. Trying to cancel a contract within the legal rights of 14 days but 3 are literally playing games. Can’t cancel on phone or shop!

    @ThreeUKSupport is there any reason why your customer service team are so deperately trying to sell me a new contract when i don't actually need one. Its everytime i ring up or online chat, apparently opening new contracts somehow fixes problems with anything else
