    @ThreeUK your service is currently unable to block sims despite the fact a friends phone has been stolen. Thieves are continuing to use the phone and cause issues. Your website is also currently insecure. Please address these issues urgently. #threeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I had all the lights on the router. Devices showing as connected, Mac showed an IP address for connection, but there was no internet on any device. It resolved itself after about 10 minutes, the longest 10 minutes of my life! Seemed like the network dropped.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile data sim for my son that expires on 4th June . I have tried to cancel it but I am told I need to give 30days notice . Why was the letter not sent out 30days before the end of my contract . 😔

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did and it really didn’t help much: the connection for videos or apps that I am using was still very bad. I am paying a monthly fee to get unlimited internet with @ThreeUK , I have a full connection (4 Bars) and no internet. That’s a scam!

    Absolutely fuming with the experience I've received from @ThreeUK customer service. I changed over to sim only contract 4 months ago, they've taken my money and the previous bill owners and now they've disconnected my old number instead of transferring it to sim only. DON'T USE.

    So @ThreeUKSupport are ruining my week. Waited for my phone for over a month and was told ‘it’s definitely going to be today, this morning’ to be told it’s not going to be until the end of Jan in a text 2 hours later. Fab fab fab. The customer service has been just as magical too

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been overcharged on my monthly bill for the pass 6months now. And every time I call and speak to a member of three I get transferred to your complaint team. there’s no answer after 30mintues of the phone ringing, then the call cuts off.

    @ThreeUKSupport Complaint no 30113349 should give you all the information. Guy on the phone literally says you owe me the money, but won't be refunding it as he has no way to refund it so closed the complaint no further action....

    @ThreeUK OMG.I want a simple answer to a question, pass security as authorised person on the account & then not pass ! my husband is 6,000 miles away & can’t deal with this. You are signed up to the forces covenant you are supposed to help the military in situations like this. 😡
