    @ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile data sim for my son that expires on 4th June . I have tried to cancel it but I am told I need to give 30days notice . Why was the letter not sent out 30days before the end of my contract . 😔

    Now I being told to wait another two days for a PUK code so no phone for 4 days! This is a shambles for a customer who has paid on time every time their over priced tariff!! @threeuk this is unacceptable! I’ve already put in a complaint with the ombudsman- absolute disgrace

    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

    @ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I left @ThreeUK during contract for no charge. Keep pushing them, especially when they ask if your issue has been resolved. Keep saying no! Best move i ever made!

    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my SIM order with you a few weeks as the SIM never arrived - and your customer service responding to that episode was pretty dire. Now you’ve sent me a bill for £5.33 with no explanation. This is vexing. Can you help?

    Absolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that should’ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUKSupport I’d like to officially ask for a recording of my call when rung to discuss options&file a complaint. I asked that exact same question and I was told that it will apply to ALL contracts even if I kept mine and just bought a new phone! I’ve been a loyal customer and I was mislead!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I've tried to log in several times over the last couple of days. Website accepts tel no and password but I then get the message 'We're having some problems. It's not your fault it's ours, please try again later. ' When is this likely to be rectified please?

    @ThreeUK one of the worst ever network in the last three years . Cannot even think how disappointed I feel as a loyal customer to Three since 9 years . How frustrating it is that the customer service asks you to connect to wifi calling using wifi so have to depend on wifi 😡
