    Absolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that should’ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile data sim for my son that expires on 4th June . I have tried to cancel it but I am told I need to give 30days notice . Why was the letter not sent out 30days before the end of my contract . 😔

    Now I being told to wait another two days for a PUK code so no phone for 4 days! This is a shambles for a customer who has paid on time every time their over priced tariff!! @threeuk this is unacceptable! I’ve already put in a complaint with the ombudsman- absolute disgrace

    @ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

    @ThreeUK I will be contacting the ombudsman about the disgraceful lack of customer service! I can’t cancel my contract because you can solve and refund the over payments you have taken from my bank account

    @ThreeUK it is absurd to pay for such an expensive service and still not having the proper return is unacceptable. I want to cancel my plan. I really do. Been having issues since NOVEMBER

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did and it really didn’t help much: the connection for videos or apps that I am using was still very bad. I am paying a monthly fee to get unlimited internet with @ThreeUK , I have a full connection (4 Bars) and no internet. That’s a scam!

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I left @ThreeUK during contract for no charge. Keep pushing them, especially when they ask if your issue has been resolved. Keep saying no! Best move i ever made!

    @ThreeUKSupport My other utilities have manage to help successfully just you three! you are asking me to spend even more time trying to sort something you could easily arrange as part of the money I pay! I have other obligations than to spend my time checking in on three.

    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

    @ThreeUKSupport The fact is the dates were wrong. All I want is someone to investigate this and not fob me off. The phone was not working on the date on the letter.

    So @TalkTalk keep ringing me to find out why I’m leaving but I can’t be bothered to be on the phone for half an hour telling them I had NO internet for 3 months in March 2020 and they would do NOTHING to help and we now have to rely on @ThreeUK MyFi to stay connected 😠

    @ThreeUKSupport I have received no apology, I have never had a proper reply to my concerns I have been unable to get the contract cancelled despite numerous requests. I have had no compensation just total incompetence and a refusal to take this seriously.

    @ThreeUKSupport So what you are saying is you are doing nothing, like everyone else @ThreeUK . This shouldn't need the ombudsman. The customers service, even taking COVID into account, is appalling. Hence my original tweet.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still waiting on an order that was estimated to be delivered for the 30th December. At this point, I'm paying for a device I can't even use. Support blames their servers. Servers aren't delivering my phone smh
