@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport rubbish network no support no help team not putting notes down. I asked for callbacks last month, but still nothing. Phone cut off signal was down, and then you cut my line. Can't work properly can't do much as society made phones important. No one join!

@ThreeUK why could myself and my wife not use our phones last night at the London fireworks, no service wotsoever, even had a message saying your service provider has temporarily turned off your service!!!! Couldn't wish our family and friends happy New Year!!!! Disgusted

Moving from @EE to @ThreeUKSupport is possibly the stupidest thing I have done. Can’t get on their app to use the live chat, no contact number anywhere for a call centre, not been able to send text messages for a week. Absolutely disgusting network and no one wants to help!
