@Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

@ThreeUKSupport Just got off the phone with you RE: slow 4G broadband. Was told there’s nothing they can do, but I may be able to “go to my local market and buy an external 4G aerial”.. lucky if you can get vegetables at my local market. Apparently you don’t supply aerials. 1/2
