@ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

@ThreeUKSupport Shame no one was keen to help during two hours of phone calls. been billed twice since despite being told we just need to send the router back. We did this immediately and were told no we hadn't even when we supplied 2 lots of proof. Bloody useless company. Never again.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it is a 12. my wife phoned on 19th December and have said that the phone cannot be dispatched to the house. I am unsure why it cannot be sent ?? This makes no sense as the three UK stores are currently shut. She has also paid an early upgrade fee. HELP?!
