@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, and been trying to sort things out since the 15th of Feb 2021. But now they are avoiding me and hanging up on me. They were two devices iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb I upgraded no upfront cost LY, and an iPhone 12 mini this year, with an upfront cost of £29.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I was with three mobile for over 4 Years, and have been presenting issued not only with the service but with my bills. I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

@ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

Really disappointed with the service of @SamsungUK @SamsungMobile First model of 5 galaxy phones with really weak screen, it has cracked twice in 3 months = poor. Promised to fix twice and put right only to go back on it. That's what 12 years loyalty gets you I guess. @ThreeUK

Anyone else in Sheffield having issues with @ThreeUKSupport these past few weeks. Hardly any signal anywhere especially indoors. Phone always says 4G but data is little or nothing. Also my 5G broadband hasn’t had 5G for ages. Starting to get really pissed off with them.
