    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    Ridiculous @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I pay £35/month for this service. This is day 2 where there's been no internet or anything. I get no warnings about work in my area. Although this seems to happen EVERY month now..

    So, @O2 and @EE, I'm currently paying £10 a month for 15gb of 5g data, but their service is getting worse, even in non busy areas. Do either of you have something similar? PAYG only, no contracts, even rolling monthly ones, @ThreeUK have screwed me over in the past with those

    @ThreeUK Horrid experience with call centre -very unhelpful,reluctant to put me to complaints ‘they’ll just confirm what I said’ Complaints team were EXCELLENT, fully resolved my issue quickly. Training need for 1st operator- not be defensive I nearly left 3, but have now stayed
