    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven't called. I got in touch with three ages ago who told me to get in touch with @Xiaomi who never returned my messages or emails and three have not answered my messages until I threatened not to pay

    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK ok I've been in touch with @Xiaomi 3 or 4 times about my mi11 having a faulty charging port only to be ignored. I need help or I will refuse to pay my bill as nothing is being done

    @ThreeUK users. Dial 333. It has a specific menu choice to cancel your contract due to yesterday's 15-hour total service outage. I've was holding on this option for half an hour so far. Then they pretended they culdn't hear me and hung up!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport My problem was on Wednesday and I eventually switched my phone off and on and that's when I got messages I was expecting. Signal strength right now is practically non existent. Shame I had to read on X that a major problem and wasn't my phone playing up 😭 contract ends soon 👍

    @ThreeUK Just made a complaint to the ombudsman as instead of trying to make things right decided to just close the complaint. Someone need to train your customer service team to actually know what customer service is and try help your customers instead of fobbing them off😡

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Months of data issues in my area now calls and texts what is going on. Been told they are switching 3G off in my area but can’t cancel my contract even though you’re not providing the service set out in my contract? Jokes 100gb data and I’ve managed to use 110mb. LOL

    @8CW @ThreeUKSupport Three seems to be under-resourced in the UK. Some industry insiders are surprised it works at all. At least it could make more of an effort to keep users updated during an outage.
