  • TLSSMART Toni (@TLSSMART) reported from Cinderford, England

If you come out the window. I spoke 2 weeks ago and they haven’t sorted it. It’s very distressing and I am going round in circles. Poor show @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone. This chat for this is. No good.

  • keithflitton Keith Flitton (@keithflitton) reported from Ross-on-Wye, England

@dpd_support just an update....lots of apologies but no action. Sorry @ThreeUKSupport you’re losing a loyal customer because of a poor delivery service.

  • daveangel1972 Daveangel (@daveangel1972) reported from Brockworth, England

@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

  • ianelske Ian Elske (@ianelske) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.

  • MattF84667845 Matt F (@MattF84667845) reported

@john_actuary @rmappleby @ThreeUK Plusnet is cheap and very good - 15gb for £10, one month contract and free roaming (not sure if it's worldwide, but certainly Europe). And it's on EE network so pretty good coverage. But they do screw you if you go over data limit.

  • RankinPeter Peter Rankin (@RankinPeter) reported

@john_actuary @SteveFifield3 @ThreeUK BT (runs on EE network) still have free roaming in Europe, though they are encouraging customers at renewal on to EE (who don't).

  • Ade63902575 Ade (@Ade63902575) reported

@ThreeUK I was given a free cancellation reference by the network issue department because I wasn't getting the service I am paying for and your technical people couldn't repair the fault. I called this morning to cancel my contract and was told to wait till 4th Nov. Why??

  • Bokarelli Bokarelli (@Bokarelli) reported

@john_actuary @ThreeUK Three are terrible for this. They’ll then offer you another deal online that is “a really truly excellent deal” that is more expensive than anything you find online

  • PRINCE05HENRY KWAME HENRY (@PRINCE05HENRY) reported

Thank you @ThreeUK network for your poor and rubbish services over the past decades!!! I have lost a big contract just yesterday all because I couldn’t browse the internet to check and confirm my emails. I am yes leaving this morning to @TheO2 who even has better service than you

  • hprw Jane Smith (@hprw) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Judging by signal I've had so far today I'm betting the last option is the real one. It's bad enough I have had little to no phone or internet for nearly 2 weeks now; but no notification that it was happening, and no idea when or if it's going to improve is ridiculous.

  • moakalatte_bop Moakalatte (@moakalatte_bop) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yet another day ends where I have still not gotten the service that I’ve been promised since you terminated my account I’ve had for 10 years without warning or my request a week ago. Congratulations on making promises worthy of a Tory leader #slowclap

  • steph_ashford Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When I last renewed my contract online, the system issued a new phone no, which is now sitting in the back end of my account causing problems. Your shops won't help & it requires multiple calls/live chats every time I want to add something. I'm in the UK and want the £20 boost.

  • craigyb31 craig butler (@craigyb31) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi there, how do I get 3rena Dublin presale code for Lizzo? I've tried the text but it doesn't work

  • yorkie_pudding T!m (@yorkie_pudding) reported from Durham, England

Hey @ThreeUKSupport - what’s happened to your Signal in #Durham over the last couple of months. It has bombed. Shocking signal. 4G basically does nothing. Have to rely on Wi-Fi in businesses. Can you look into it? (Not a phone issue)
