@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

Been a @ThreeUK customer for a decade but will be leaving next contract due to them bringing back roaming charges. Even in the Go Roam countries that didn’t have them before the EU law. Go Roam was your USP, why would people stick around or now..? Ridiculous. @ThreeUKSupport

@TomTalksCars @ThreeUK Yup. I put up with pretty poor coverage in some areas because of it. No point in staying now.

@ThreeUK The GoRoam part of your service is all I am with you for, I can find a much cheaper domestic tariff elsewhere. I hope you will be honoring this for those of us stuck in a contract with you past May? Otherwise I expect to be released early

@ThreeUK going to have to say #byebye to three. Now the #roamingcharges are kicking on. I don't need you. It was the only reason I stayed for so long. Reception is never good enough but put up with it.

@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?
-

(@CDesborough) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @al_quaker "It also means only those who roam will pay for the service, rather than customers who stay in the UK also absorbing this cost." - You going to put the cost of contracts down then for those not going abroad? Thought not.
-

(@Dangerdave1979) reported
@ThreeUK Not a big enough network to cover the EU without extra roaming costs though?

@ThreeUK looks like there is now no reason to stay a 3 customer after 10 years. Bringing back roaming charges and you have lost your only competitive advantage.

@Bolster @revdenoodles @ThreeUK For me it’s probably EE. Coverage where we live is poor and O2/Vodafone are no good here at all.
