@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport She has contacted DPD multiple times and had got nowhere. They say it was delivered but the ship say it wasn’t. The QR code shows nothing. She wants to cancel her account and go elsewhere. But apparently can’t and you’ve now cut her off.

@ThreeUKSupport I got a new contract and phone with you on Thursday and the wifi does not work properly, reset the phone and it still won't work. Tried on multiple routers and still doesn't work. Will you give me my money back?
