  • Stevros1988
Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

  • DeanyDeany
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

  • Sikowitz17
Oluwatomisin (@Sikowitz17) reported from Wibsey, England

@ThreeUK has to be the silliest network to get a contract with in the uk, how can an existing contract client not been able to switch a physical sim to an e sim? In 2022?? This can’t even happen in nigeria, sharp sharp they’ll give me my e sim.

  • _Clairew01
Claire Wilkinson (@_Clairew01) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUK why is my mobile data not working when I leave the house & not using WiFi? Googled but can’t see theres any coverage issues in my area and I’m not out of data?

  • CyberCrag
CyberCrag (@CyberCrag) reported from Ouzlewell Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport @JosephR31 Fraser, you’ve said the same thing for three years. You’re never going to support it. Stop lying to customers you repulsive human being.

  • johnnormington
john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

  • BensBigTrip
Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUK I wouldn’t, you are useless. Nothing but issues since I’ve joined you and you make it incredibly difficult to contact you. Please do respond with your ever so helpful “we’d love to help you Ben” message...

  • DeanyDeany
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @paulwilliamsonx @ThreeUKSupport Sorry about your signal issues - but I’m afraid the current precipitation is the wrong kind of rain!

  • DeanyDeany
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.

  • gabrielxtaylor
gabriel 🇪🇺 (@gabrielxtaylor) reported from Huddersfield, England

@ThreeUKSupport i'm having issues with my data again (for the the second time this month), my data literally just isn't working or connecting to the internet at all

  • johnnormington
john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, On web chat, it was about poor and bully service in your Castleford store when we called in to see about a new contract. Your customer complaints dealt with it. Your colleague said someone would sort out a new deal. Thanks.

  • nat_1983
Natalie Booth 🤓 (@nat_1983) reported from Wibsey, England

@ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

  • Ra7oobii
Rahab Behbehani (@Ra7oobii) reported from Leeds, England

    Worst mobile network @ThreeUK :)

  • DeanyDeany
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx That was my issue for months. If they had told me there was an issue I could have worked with it.

  • DeanBray1
Dean Bray (@DeanBray1) reported from Leeds, England

If I could give life advice to anybody it would be this; never, ever join @ThreeUK. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was warned and I still did it. Heed my warning!

  • ChadIssac_
Chad Issac (@ChadIssac_) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUK Get connected to your advisor no problem, it takes him that long to issue my new contract that delivery date for my phone goes from 23rd October to the 11th November..... Absolute pile of **** not even bothering whatever

  • huggybecky_1975
Becky Nicholson (@huggybecky_1975) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

  • MattMStevens1
Matt Stevens (@MattMStevens1) reported from Leeds, England

I hate being with @ThreeUK the worst network provider I've ever been with

  • MrAntony
Antony (@MrAntony) reported from Leeds, England

Here’s hoping that in 2020 @ThreeUK sort out their terrible 4G in leeds. So so bad.

  • Dottyshaw
Josh Shaw (@Dottyshaw) reported from Wetherby, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s too slow , EE and O2 offer better overall coverage. I will be in contact to discus my option when my contract it’s up for renewal, thanks

@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

  • IdeasDirectory
    ideas.directory (@IdeasDirectory) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Worst part Rob, they recycle and give away your number to somebody else after few months but will refuse to port it back or sell it back to you This is a huge privacy issue which @ofcom doesn't seem to care

  • stevie_builds
    stevie (@stevie_builds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

  • Tristan27856485
    Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported

@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

  • AutomationAlex
    Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.

  • SunyaSutti
UDI for The North 🐧 (@SunyaSutti) reported

Why do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!

  • jnafr
    FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK B43 Birmingham dreadful service.

  • speaakwin
    My Hot Topics (@speaakwin) reported

Why the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.

  • DavidCl88428325
    David Clarke (@DavidCl88428325) reported

@ThreeUKSupport network down again in bt54 area!

  • MasonIyons
    Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reported

so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.
