    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @ThreeUK So your three customer service in trinity Leeds is the worst I have ever come across...and then to find out I have possibly been miss sold a contract wow bring on customer service on Monday! So much for customer loyalty...

    So I've used a pac code to transfer from @ThreeUK to @Vodaphone4 (transfer was supposed to happen yesterday) yet the same number is active on both phones? Also vodaphone phone won't let me change registered number in settings someone help so I'm not getting charge by three!

    @ThreeUKSupport Funny how my partner added on the insurance on her iPhone 13 after having the phone delivered. I’ve called two stores and both said I have 30 days to add once the phone is delivered. Everyone has a different story at three the customer service is a joke.
