    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to update my address to my correct address. I'm not receiving any text messages with my new password. I even agreed to do a survey and that text didn't come through either. I want to update my address so I can get technical help so resolve my issues but can't!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK please give me a decent reason for why your service is getting so bad. How do I keep finding myself in the middle of central London with up to 3 bars & yet no data! 🤬 And I’m sick of hearing “please bear with us as we try to roll out 5G. What the hell am I paying for!

    .@ThreeUK I’m getting fed up of receiving ‘text failed to send’ messages from you when recipients are responding to those same texts. Have tried everything suggested on your support site but makes no difference. Never had this problem with this phone on other networks. #Three

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    Lost the will to live. Customer Relations eventually & reluctantly agree to add 100 minutes (expire after 1 month) to my existing mobile. Judge that's all I'll manage to achieve. 5/6 @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with signal, nothing all day. Dont blame sim or phone as i am not the only one amongst friends and family who also have the same issue!!
