    @ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUK decided to get a contract with you last week, what a mistake. Receiving multiple SIM cards in someone else’s name. Not yet received new phone. When I call for help after 28 mins I get told they can’t help because they have the wrong date of birth

I called your customer service to complain about certain stuff and told them to ssk your manager to call me back which they agreed but no call back.NOT JUST ONCE THIS HAPPEN TWICE

    Why do @ThreeUK make it extremely difficult to simply move on. My contract ends in November but for some reason I have to give them notice to go as PAYG? How on earth does that even make sense!? My contract has ended. I should be able to do what I want. Wtf is happening

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. She has already spoken to customer service and they said she would have to pay. But how can she start a new contract without the person in the three store cancelling the previous one. This is leaving her very worried about money and being cut off with her phone
