    @ThreeUKSupport yes both. Other uses in my area have the same problem. It's been the same since November when the tower was upgraded.

    Seems @ThreeUK advertise upgrade deals on ther website and then refuse to honour them after upgrading. Complaints team close case with no warning. Awful company. Be very careful.
