@ThreeUK hi how can I get my network sorted sorry I just called 333 and was told it will be fixed by the end of the month, this has gone on for months I went into store months ago and was told to switch between 3G and 4G while you upgrade to 5G, how long does this go on for?

  • CaveyGeo Alex (@CaveyGeo) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Is anyone able to help me with opening a complaint? I was under the impression I had cancelled my rolling monthly contract back In November as i do not have signal at my home address and issued this online to now find it has not been cancelled.

  • CaveyGeo Alex (@CaveyGeo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, I tried to cancel online in November but apparently had instead requested a PAC code after calling your customer service line. I haven't used the sim since October 2019. Would be grateful If someone could backdates my cancellation to when i originally requested.

  • jackmooney14 Jack Mooney (@jackmooney14) reported

@ThreeUKSupport so apparently my new phone that was ordered back at the start of December has been delivered, but an internal investigation has given me no solutions to the issue - is there any way I can get my phone to my address?

  • Steven1Mc Steven (@Steven1Mc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @MoneySavingExp I am still being asked to pay for a service that should have been disconnected and after trying to resolve this with multiple avenues I am getting nowhere

  • PeteRumour Pete Cleverley 💙 #RemainersWereRight #FBPE (@PeteRumour) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The port is clear. I have had the phone since about the end of September 2020. I haven't contacted Samsung although I have read the forum, where this problem is known.

  • lenaCarmen Lena Mckoy (@lenaCarmen) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I contacted your chat service, I’m just waiting for a copy of my missing order details to be sent over. Really hope you guys do right this time

  • ChloeLouHull Chloe Arnold (@ChloeLouHull) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've been on the phone with tech support yesterday and conveniently, the masts are getting sorted today. This doesn't make up for the 13 months of awful service and 3s mistakes.
