Just spoken to somebody in I assume India or some Asian country about my @ThreeUK UK account and the signal failure. It was useless. I didn't understand a lot of what he said and he didn't solve anything at all. Absolutely crap customer service at #ThreeUK

Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could not meet my legal right for a refund!

Bought a @threeUK pre-paid sim card at @whsmith at @HeathrowAirport T2. Paid £35 to get it activated for unlimited 5G data, only to find out that she never activated it. Nice people at 3 could not find any record of payment for the sim card. Nice!
