    I ask “Why?” when it’s been established the hub is not the issue. He informs me so that they can do further checks. As of today I’m still waiting to receive a text message from @ThreeUK and this is truly when the penny drops.

    .@ThreeUKSupport why do we have a very intermittent phone signal at FK7 9HU. It’s always terrible and weak but today 1 bar or no signal all day.

    @ThreeUKSupport Home 5G down again. Dropping in and out three days in a row. Last update was it would be fixed by 17.30pm on the 4th. Issues still persisting. When will this be properly resolved?

    Also, what option do I use on your pathetic customer services number. I hit 4 for other and the 4 options are friggen useless. Seriously, @ThreeUK have you taken onboard the scum baggery of O2, because if you have, god help you.
