  • joelbuckland Joel Buckland (@joelbuckland) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

Just spent 40 minutes in a queue to @ThreeUK, when I finally spoke to someone they passed me through to another department that was closed and automatically hang up on me. #avoid #threemobile #three

  • joelbuckland Joel Buckland (@joelbuckland) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

@AnneHBuckland @ThreeUK Totally agree. The customer service is the reason I’m leaving @ThreeUK. Had business and personal phones with them for years but am cancelling them all due to how bad the customer service has been #threemobile #three #threeuk

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • WithRobsons Rolling with The Robsons (@WithRobsons) reported

@rob3047 @ThreeUK I am so annoyed that I choose Three. They have the worst service. In my house next to no internet connection, same at work, most sites poor. EE that my wife is on brilliant most places. O2 ok such a shame as 3 used to be a decent network.

  • Kilrathal Sam (@Kilrathal) reported

@jarek2705 @ThreeUK i can mirror this been with them for ages. Any concerns i raise get ignored. biggest one for me 4 years of being stringed along for apple watch support. pathetic isn't it

  • dazhibbard daz (@dazhibbard) reported

@ThreeUK Ur network coverage is shite

  • oorwullie66 John Craig (@oorwullie66) reported

@ThreeUKSupport dreadful service been loyal customer for over 13 years want to cancel contract asked for password couldn’t remember told only had one more chance no other options beyond memorable word when renewing same thing happened funny you found a way to verify me then

  • bigwows The Marvellous Muttdini 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🔰💜🤍💚 (@bigwows) reported

Good grief. I left @ThreeUK over two years ago because of their network issues. At the time they owed me a small amount of money - less than a tenner so given their torturous procedure for reclaiming it I just wrote it off as not worth the hassle. Today they repaid the money.🤯

  • cyyanide02 (💀Wraith) Cyyanide02 (@cyyanide02) reported

@ThreeUK Three absolutely sucks for network coverage. Avoid

  • mattjsatkinson Matt Atkinson (@mattjsatkinson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve recently moved house and it says on the signal checker that I should be getting very good indoor 4g signal. I barely get a signal at all. Is there a problem in the area?

  • philosophicles Stuart Cuthbertson (@philosophicles) reported

@rob3047 @paul67davis @ThreeUK In fact, I think the antenna is more of a problem than the network, probably. In rural areas you really want the benefit of the 1400 MHz band - next longest range 4G band. Three and Voda both offer that - at least some areas -but your antenna won't see it.

  • besittoo MC (@besittoo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to get proof of purchase for my recent upgrade please. I've tried twice already, over phone and on live chat, still no email. Please help.

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Bearing in mind the small amounts involved, putting the onus on to the customer seems a tad cynical? And despite ringing twice, my wife still hasn’t had her credit refunded…
