@ThreeUK I have my mob and wifi with you and both are down. Causing SO much stress. I can't work. When will it end? I have had to pay for wifi from BT just to be able to contact you. I will be cancelling my contract AS SOON as it ends. Awful service and customer support.

@ThreeUKSupport Do you have any customer service staff that are UK based and aren’t incompetent? I have now been trying to get a complaint/issue sorted for over a month. So far 15 emails and over 3 hours on the phone to India and still no resolution!
