🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

LiveChat won't change it because I can only give the last 3 addrs I lived at, unsure of the exact one on the acc. Your customer service is consistently terrible, it's easier to just cancel!
