    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah and the problem was still there, my phone was changed because apparently was the phone and the problem is still here! It’s been 2 years contract in hell!! I can’t wait to finish it

    @ThreeUK Why are you hiding the additional roaming limit - which I can't change in the app myself, and customer service won't lower it! For some reason, it's set to £150 and you won't let me lower it! I demand an explanation. It's my account and I'll decide how I spend my money.

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK I've had no calls or texts come through all day today - all have suddenly come through at 6pm - have been left for me from my work, banks, doctors......... this is happening EVERY week. Calls never connect, it is shocking!

    @ThreeUK have falsely reported a “missed payment” to my credit file - I’ve never missed a payment in the 10+ years I’ve been with them. Warning to anyone with them to check for May for their fraudulent credit reports! Cheers @ThreeUK what a joke!!!

    Why is the bottom of Lothian road in Edinburgh a @ThreeUK and @O2 not-spot? I can get a full signal on Three and a good backup on my @Honest_Mobile on O2 but neither will show bus times on the bus app but this works a few hundred metres away.

    @ThreeUK my daughter bought a dongle from you 2 years ago, she returned it within 14 days and has been through numerous complaint avenues with you. You agreed it was sorted and now you have sent her a bill for £500! What is going on!!! This harassment has to stop!
