  @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

  @ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

  @ThreeUK How come you are charging for the Go Roam? It was always apart of the package. Makes me think that your packages are no better than any other network and such poor signals. Will probably leave Three because of this.

  Hello. I'm currently a Three customer. I bought a physical SIM card the US. The SIM card is activated and registered with T-Mobile. after doing research myself it appears that the VoLTE provision is switched off on your end. Please advise and help me @ThreeUKSupport
