@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

Just came back from North Wales and thanks god I have a sat nav & sos button in my @MercedesBenz as otherwise my journey in the morning would involve searching for an actual road map since @ThreeUK was down, so no service nor data during 4h journey from Cardiff 👎😑🙄 #threedown

@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

@ThreeUKSupport There were prerequisites to my agreement. I did not say "yes", and I also requested notes be added to the complaint. I wish to make a Subject Access Request for all records concerning the complaint, via social media, per my rights under the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended).
