    @ThreeUK My Phone is supposed to have 4G but for the past 6 weeks or more it has only had 2G I have checked the coverage checker an it says that work is being done in my local area to fix and that it should be fixed By today’s date 29/06/19 which it isn’t any chance you can help

    @ThreeUKSupport Both 4G and 3G internet are intermittent, and unusably slow when available. Had great speeds on both for two years at this address until last week. Problem persists outdoors and there are no issues with EE 4G in the same location.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told I could get a certain deal and as the advisor said the email would not say the same i refused to believe him until a manager came on call. He said was not possible so i disconnected and rang back and found no such deal exist but could not raise complaint!
