If you’re a @ThreeUK customer who is used to ‘Go Roam’ do check your contract before travelling after changes this week. There is now a £2 daily charge for Europe and £5 a day for the ‘rest of the world’. £200 now for 20 days in Australia when I did that for free in January 🇬🇧 🇦🇺

@Shadowcatuk @ThreeUKSupport Should do what other ppl like myself have done, buy the phone or device outright if possible or on a payment plan service like AfterPay, Klarna and pay for the device over 12m or more and get a really cheap SIM Only either on Three or on their sister service SMARTY?

@ThreeUKSupport It is not about feelings, it is about facts, what I feel is irrelevant in this situation, the system drops out all the time, for a vulnerable MH adult, this is an unacceptable and flawed service. Disappointingly, I had to make the decision of taking another contract.

@ThreeUKSupport can you ease provide me with a email address to make a complaint/get support? A 3 store has used fraudulent information to set me up with extra 3 accounts without me knowing it seems. I can't even access these accounts as they've used incorrect DOB and postcodes.
