    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    @ThreeUKSupport I get it though, I agreed a contract and am bound by the terms. t I am very happy with Three's service and have no intention of moving, but it means I'm going to buy the phone outright elsewhere and stay on SIM only deal with you, means you won't get as much money out of me (2/2)
