    Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

    @ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

    @ThreeUKSupport No it’s going to the ombudsman - they didn’t bother to try and expected me to pay £222 to terminate a contract which they broke by not providing a service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Dear Finn, I've already had customer service on the phone and they couldn't help. Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

    When @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous

    @ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

    @gillybee66 @ThreeUK I agree, simple white collar. Also not sure why our socks have a yellow trim no colour coordination with the rest of the kit? Prefer just plain white anyway. Hope we never change that. Didn’t like the season we went all blue just didn’t feel right.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to you every week since January, I returned a phone to the 3 store I bought from with service issues. Hours of phone calls, no apologies, in fact the Plymouth store have been more than rude, and very dismissive. Honestly it's driven me insane

    @ThreeUKSupport It is all my passwords and I am not going to give him those. He also won’t phone, he has said so. I will now have to go to payg as I have been notified contract will change to, not use and move to another network, lose my number, which will cause a lot of issues.

    Hi @ThreeUK I'd really like to upgrade my phone but I really wish you wouldn't try to push contracts on me with prices far higher than new customers especially as I have been a customer over ten years. How many times do you want to insult me before I look to another provider?
