-
Brilliant Tours (@brilliant_tours) reported from Liverpool, England@santanderukhelp I’ve already tried that it’s been happening since august - it actually seems stable on BT Wi-fi - it’s crashing every time you click transfer etc on the @ThreeUKSupport network
-
Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, EnglandWhen @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous
-
Dan Cad (@coachdancad) reported from Liverpool, England@ThreeUKSupport No, I’ve only been told repeatedly via Twitter that I can’t receive support. But if customer services can help, please link me; thanks in advance.

Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported from Wallasey, England@ThreeUKSupport Dear Finn, I've already had customer service on the phone and they couldn't help. Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.
-
Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England@ThreeUKSupport No it’s going to the ombudsman - they didn’t bother to try and expected me to pay £222 to terminate a contract which they broke by not providing a service.

-
Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England@ThreeUK is it really too much to expect to be able to make and receive phone calls or use my data when in a town centre. Bad enough I now struggle at home after several trouble free years with you. Online chat's a joke and call centre a farce. Only struggled since contract renew
-
BookGeekWearsPajamas (@PajamaBookGirl) reported from Liverpool, EnglandImagine @ThreeUK had to reimburse you for the amount of time they lose signal.
-
Matthew Traynor (@MatthewTraynor) reported from Liverpool, EnglandHi @ThreeUKSupport I've recently purchased a SIM Only deal. However I seem to have two Direct Debits set up on my bank account. I don't want to be paying twice for my contact, but I don't want to cancel the wrong Direct Debit either.
-
Mark (@scousemanblue) reported from Liverpool, England@ThreeUK your 4g signal between Huyton L36 and Broadgreen L14 is shocking. Fix that before you try and sell everyone 5g

Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace
-
JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.
-
Satheeshkumar Rajendran Ph.D (@satheeshvad) reported@ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported@ThreeUKSupport are you not replying to support issues? I asked earlier when normal service in Worcester will be resumed and what was causing the disruption - any answers?
-
the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
