Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Kirkby and nearby locations:

  • Belle_Wales Sarah Bell (@Belle_Wales) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been locked out of the app for over a week, I’ve tried to reset my password and I keep getting an error message, I’ve tried everything, HELP!

  • chrisdavidwill1 Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported from Wallasey, England

@ThreeUKSupport Dear Finn, I've already had customer service on the phone and they couldn't help. Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.

  • brilliant_tours Brilliant Tours (@brilliant_tours) reported from Liverpool, England

@santanderukhelp I’ve already tried that it’s been happening since august - it actually seems stable on BT Wi-fi - it’s crashing every time you click transfer etc on the @ThreeUKSupport network

  • LifeTraveller77 Al-Scousio del Chiellini* 🟨🟥 🇮🇹 (@LifeTraveller77) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

  • chrisdavidwill1 Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported from Birkenhead, England

Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

  • johnthecyclist John Hemmings (@johnthecyclist) reported from Birkenhead, England

@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

  • MichelleHeymans Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England

@ThreeUK is it really too much to expect to be able to make and receive phone calls or use my data when in a town centre. Bad enough I now struggle at home after several trouble free years with you. Online chat's a joke and call centre a farce. Only struggled since contract renew

  • charl_middo Charlotte (@charl_middo) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

  • christesla Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have 5G home broadband. We get amazing 650mbps download but 10mbps upload, is there anything support can do to our account to increase upload even if it reduces the download speed?

  • MichelleHeymans Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England

@ThreeUKSupport I am not techie at best of times, dont know my way around Twitter, tweets or DMs. I know I sent something a few days ago but dont know how or where to find it to see if you have responded yet as I've lost the plot with your live chat or call centre. Help somehow..

  • drlornayoung Lorna Young (@drlornayoung) reported from Liverpool, England

Having a problem with my phone again @ThreeUKSupport - callers just get “call failed” thanks

  • christesla Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUK I have 5G home broadband. We get amazing 650mbps download but 10mbps upload, is there anything support can do to our account to increase upload even if it reduces the download speed?

  • benzini00 Ben Faulkner (@benzini00) reported from Liverpool, England

@thegord1 @OhMarieTurner @ThreeUKSupport Yes, ours started going slow around the 5th Nov, still the same now, got 50% off our bill as compensation, to be honest I'd rather they just fixed the issue!

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

When @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous

  • drlornayoung Lorna Young (@drlornayoung) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK hello! People are not able to contact me, saying my number is incorrect! Can you help?

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it’s going to the ombudsman - they didn’t bother to try and expected me to pay £222 to terminate a contract which they broke by not providing a service.

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

  • Sefton3Peaks Louise Williams (@Sefton3Peaks) reported from Seaforth, England

@ThreeUK Please can someone provide help to my parents. Three of your colleagues so far have not! Spent over 2 hours now trying to resolve their issue! Really poor! 😡

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

  • redams66 Alridge Prior (@redams66) reported from Seaforth, England

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • superichkids losing hope ngl (@superichkids) reported

Didn’t even get the alert and apparently neither did others on @ThreeUK! Absolute bottom of the barrel network omg 😭😭😭

  • xh82 XH82 (@xh82) reported

@ThreeUK From what I've been able to gather, not a single Three customer got an alert regardless of device, plan or location. Naturally this also means that no virtual networks like IDMobile got anything either.

  • 1928White The Controversial One (@1928White) reported

@ThreeUK Looks like no 3 customers got the alert. What an epic failure from the uk's worst mobile provider. How are you going to fix this and reassure customers that in the event of a real emergency we will be alerted!?

  • JimHanner Jim (@JimHanner) reported

@ThreeUK My housemate and I are both on Three, were sitting at the table with our phones but not using them. Same signal strength, both on Android. She got an alert, I didn't.

  • PaulMcCurry Paul McCurry (@PaulMcCurry) reported from Askham Richard, England

Plenty of emergency alerts received to all phones connected to the @vodaphoneuk network in the house, but nothing received on the @ThreeUK network despite connected to 4G.

  • TracyJo35816182 Tracy Jordan (@TracyJo35816182) reported

@ThreeUK I'm a @ThreeUK customer and no test alert received.

  • pauldavey Paul Davey (@pauldavey) reported

@katebevan @ThreeUK Nothing via O2 (no data), nor on 2nd SIM via MVNO Not in a great signal area, but supposedly OK (shows two or three bars) 4G Android up to date and it's set to receive emergency alerts. As a one-way broadcast signal, I hope they are doing some statistical surveys on coverage. :-(

  • DJ_Unreal DJ Unreal (@DJ_Unreal) reported

@frankh66 @2m0sql @ThreeUK Apparently your emergency is delayed, Frank!

  • suma_robert Robert Suma (@suma_robert) reported

HUH, on a Pixel 7, with Emergency Alerts activated, and yet... Nothing. No vibrations and no sound, not even a notification. @ThreeUKSupport @GOVUK Will this be fixed in the future? #emergencyalert

  • macknitty Loraine 💙💛😷 (@macknitty) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@RobFreeman @VictoriaCoren Same here (on @ThreeUK), but my husband’s did (at 2.59) on a different network.
