Daniel Martin-Corben (@newworldruler) reported from Portsmouth, EnglandJoy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

-
Daniel Martin-Corben (@newworldruler) reported from Portsmouth, England@SafeT @virginmedia @ThreeUK I think it's service work too, I understand things have to be done, but you'd think they'd at least warm me and I could have made other plans.
-
Josh Sweetman (@JSweetman92) reported from Havant, EnglandIt would have been much more for the month ending tomorrow if there wasn't a default £150 cap on the account. Before this happened he'd never gone over his usual monthly charge in years of being with you @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
-
AJ (@aniljain01) reported from Locks Heath, England@amyjohnson229 @ThreeUK It used to have amazing offers and endeared loyalty as every Wed they’d gave something special, but now their Marketing team have made it terrible with pointless offers!!!

Josh Sweetman (@JSweetman92) reported from Havant, England@BumperGraham @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Graham, We've messaged their social media team about 10 times without a response 😂 They claim someone else must have called off his mobile. Considering the house is locked down and only people in are Macmillan nurses we have no idea how it can be £150 more this month

A (@abdel_2025) reported@ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London
-
Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying £26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my £26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.
-
Chris Muktar (@chrismuktar) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I never had this problem, at least on a business contract with Three.
-
Fazel (@EZRipir) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK When was it cancelled? You get 30 days period after the termination to get a pac code to transfer to different network.
-
Mike Baldwin (@Ralph_Hapschatt) reportedIf someone phones you pretending to be from @ThreeUK, asking you to read them a one time pass code, two them to **** off.
-
Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.
-
LovinTruth (@LuvSeekinTruth) reported@ThreeUKSupport What kind of provider has online chat and the chat agent ends the conversation because they can't deal with the problem and then makes sure the transcript is blank? Three guesses?
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
Matt (@Hemmerz_) reportedDo you have signal anywhere between zone 1-6 in London? ******* pony @ThreeUK
-
ojuelegba beyoncé (@mideolabanji) reported.@ThreeUK collecting £17 from me every month for terrible “unlimited” service that requires me to revert to wifi every time is crazy. i can’t wait for my contract with you lot to be over.
