When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

Hi @SMARTYMobileUK since @ThreeUK have merged with @VodafoneUK our network reception has been appalling. Your helplines haven’t been able to resolve it. If this isn’t fixed soon we’ll be looking to change provider
