So I still can't call my partner's phone number. @ThreeUKSupport asked to to contact @Xiaomi and I have heard nothing back from them since? I pay for 2 contracts which come to approx £100 a month.....surely this issue to be escalated much faster!

@ThreeUKSupport Well I don't think that would have helped as I was having the issue on multiple browsers, as well as in an incognito window. However I managed to solve the problem by ordering a new SIM card from a different network and requesting a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport is the network down I'm trying to dial and I keep getting you can no longer dial 153 from the handset. I'm in the UK and dialing a UK number I've not messed with roaming settings or anything too??????
