    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    What the hell @ThreeUK no network in Cambridge when I really needed it yesterday. Still down today. Three@Home also down. As far as I can tell, nothing, I mean nothing, is functional at the moment. I have two accounts, two devices, zero service, two locations. Seriously. FIX IT

    @ThreeUK @EntrepreneursGB @ThreeUK 3 has taken over £140 out of my father in laws account who is a 76 years old penssioner. His contract expired on 27/03 /2020 & we couldn't get in-touch with 3 during this pandemic time. 3 wouldn't give his money back. Absolutely appalling customer service.
