Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Activation due today, received hub yesterday-still no broadband. Call & ask why told someone went in account 2nd July and canx it & left no reason. Still without BB &no date

I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
