@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

@bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@bt_uk after the rude, stuck up, arrogant useless person I spoke to in the week. Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@bt_uk not happy with your customer service today! I placed an order online and price on confirmation email states £20 extra! I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

@smooyacs @virginmedia @bt_uk They want you to log into your router to find incoming traffic from foreign IP's, find out what ISP owns it and contact them directly to tell them to stop their customer from ddosing Bit much to ask a customer to do that themselves I think lol. Hey @bt_uk! I’ve been ghosted twice by engineers in two days after reporting poor connectivity on the 18th. Now the UNBREAKABLE Fibre 900 has been disconnected and won’t be looked until at least Tuesday. Since moving to Fibre 900 it has been non-stop problems. Shameful.
