Activation due today, received hub yesterday-still no broadband. Call & ask why told someone went in account 2nd July and canx it & left no reason. Still without BB &no date

I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider
