    @NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

    @btsport @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL It seems now is the time to contact the 6 English clubs involved and drive down the price of their contracts due to the apparent brand damage to your ‘product’ The sponsors will follow and the well needed levelling will be upon us👌

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach customer service is absolutely shocking. My 80 year old father has been without a line for a month now since moving. All he keeps getting told every two days is the issue is being escalated. How high does something have to be escalated to be resolved?? 🤬🤬

    @skytv do you deliberately interfere with @btsport signal on big game nights. Always seems to happen when I am watching European games on bt via sky satellite. Can you explain it? Or just fix it.
