@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

Hey @bt_uk you sent us a temp Mini Hub that only works for 10 minutes until it shuts down and we cant see it anymore- even when it is reset. Like we need to work. Why is it so hard to send us an actual working device that's been tested?
