@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@oinking @btsport It's bad enough to try and cancel my holiday in June Dave, I can't get through ... BUT I got a email stating the final £250 is due Wednesday and payment will be automatically deducted from my account 👍🏻😜

What's up with @bt_uk ? Service in our area has been unstable for over a week. Unreliable. If I needed it for work I'd be most unhappy (and it's annoying even though I don't).

@bt_uk really disappointed with the way I have just been spoken to when I rang up to cancel my broadband, I dont expect to be interrogated. I think your staff need to learn some customer service!!!
