@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

@virginmedia I’ve cancelled my contract now and have arranged with @bt_uk who are having a mini hub sent out to me so I should have a connection sooner than Thursday . The service from virgin hasn’t been great for weeks and looking at your Twitter feed it’s a common occurrence

It's strange that @bt_uk has got the people that can hire new people for @BTGroup, but hasn't got a team that can provide support to the customers! Seems you guys are busy in creating Fibre connections! I've wasted so much time in waiting for response on calls in last 10 days.

@bt_uk hi I am trying to help a neighbour with an issue with there phone line. As they can't use there house phone. I am having to to do as if I'm the one with the fault as they can't make out going calls. They are vulnerable so need help asap
