@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@ghodgkins2033 @bt_uk Agreed! They are looking into it, so far openreach = terrible and “not my problem attitude” making out we cancelled the appointment. 6 weeks it was booked for and a no show by the engineer with a wasted day and now a week of annual leave taken as no access to work from home! 😡

Anyone out there able to give some advice on my legal rights to leave @bt_uk early due to constant faults on my broadband for nearly 3 months….need to get back to @SkyUK… 15yrs and no broadband issues with them

@bt_uk Signed up on Monday with agreed activation date of Friday, got a text yesterday to say that's pushed back to 27th Oct - really not impressed! 3 weeks delay is ridiculous and I'm ready to Cancel unless this gets sorted! I'll go with a competitor who honours their agreement!

I’m sorry, but why are @btsport asking to text & donate £10 to Pakistan to help victims of the floods? Pakistan spent $1.1 billion last year on their nuclear weapons programme?! I know it’s more complicated than stop worrying about Indian & focus on your people, but still…c’mon!

@bt_uk Committed to helping old folk stay connected? I think not! Currently a 96-year old has been without phone & emergency fob for two days. Meant to be fixed by today, but when I enquired (2 hrs) I was told to book an engineer. 1st appointment available is in 5days! Rubbish!

@corinne_loris @bt_uk Sounds very similar to me, they said i hadn't ordered broadband which I did, then it was well we can't do it now for weeks, so I just left and never been back in and never well! Money focused not customer focused!
