@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@oinking @btsport It's bad enough to try and cancel my holiday in June Dave, I can't get through ... BUT I got a email stating the final £250 is due Wednesday and payment will be automatically deducted from my account 👍🏻😜

@bt_uk Still nothing from Bt. Phone no has not been reinstated and no communication from bt manager as promised. Bt customer service is so poor

@btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

@bt_uk So the managers callback that was promised within 4 hours is now over 13 hours and still no contact. Do yourselves a favour and avoid BT at all costs, they genuinely do not care in the least about the problems they cause.

@bt_uk That's what my BT connection was like until recently. Seems to me good or bad WIFI has very little to do with the provider, it's a myth you all spread to try and get us to change contracts. Truth is it makes very little difference who you use.

... we're on day 3 of no Internet. Makes life wfh & with a toddler really difficult & there's literally been no update or communication direct from @bt_uk It's such a disappointing way to handle customer care. I get its more complex than flicking a switch but comms would be 👍🏻
