    @bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

    @BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

    @bt_uk No idea how you can justify more price increases right now. Having seen my most recent bill you've lost us as customers. I'll find better service for lower cost. Ridiculous to hike the prices when so many of us are struggling financially. Been a customer since 2006 ...

    Can anyone help? Bt Internet hub is blue but devices say connected but no Internet access @bt_uk ran a test on pc and it says "WiFi doesn't have a valid ip configuration" anyone help here as its doing my head in for last 3 days now 😔

    Anybody experienced this issue I’d like to hear from you please. I have @btsport through @SkyHelpTeam - but now I have a second Sky Q digibox, in another room, the BTsport channels are not playing/available on it, but fine on my main Sky box. Is there a way of making this happen!

    @bobby_bridge @btsport @SkyHelpTeam On main box go to settings, press across then down to system info,across to viewing card, then across to set up. Should ask you to pair card or similar and press that.
