    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    @bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

    @BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

    @bt_uk Absolute JOKE. My mum's Internet has been down for a day. BT send an engineer to fix it, he say he has fixed it, doesn't check with us. Turns out he hasn't now won't be back until Monday. Only compensated her £50. How can such a big company be so incompetent? #pisstake

    @bt_uk Hi, I'm have a mobile with EE I'm looking to upgrade (also an existing BT broadband customer and have 2 other mobiles with BT). If I upgrade via BT (which takes me to the EE store!) do I need a PAC code as BT is now partnering with EE - when I swapped before I did?

    @bt_uk I can't watch the latest episode of NXT on my PS4. When I tried watching it on my phone, I was able to watch it on the enhanced player but not the standard one. What's the problem?

    @bt_uk Hi Guys, wonder if you can help me, my mother has recieved a phone call from someone claiming to be from BT claiming our account with BT had been transefered over to "Openreach" and that they could reduce our bill, could you guys confirm or deny if its legit please? thanks

    @btbusinesscare I moved nearly a month ago and my broadband still isn't up and running after a catalogue of shocking service from Openreach that apparently you can't do anything about? I'm really struggling to see what the point of paying for a business service is all about?

    @bt_uk Hi, my grandma has a fault with her landline and her internet and ideally needs to speak with you but her only way to contact would be mobile phone and she has no credit to call you. I've seen you have a text service, but I'm not sure she would understand how to send it..
