@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk I have never experienced such awful customer service from any company in my life. Trying to resolve an issue for over a month. The 'department' that deal not customer facing, even internal staff can't contact them. I raised a complaint with a ref number, I call to chase…
