@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

@bt_uk Oh yes I’ll keep this going for over a month and know that you have no phone line, internet or other possible provider. Ah yes I’ll also throw in forgetting to book a big vital piece of equipment every time. And you can stay in all day! Yes I pride myself on my customer service!

@SkyHelpTeam still have the same issues with my sky account can't access piggy bank. Broadband works when it wants... maybe I should try @bt_uk . I guess i shouldn't have put all my eggs in one basket... (seasonal pun!)

@bt_uk My Hotel has been left without a land line since we switched to you on March 28th followed your complaints procedures daily and still going around in circles, now told by email in may be 14th April. Losing thousands in revenue and no help.
